today I gave another shot to this place after my bad experience ordering online and place being closed after I got there to pick up my food. I got the refund . today I took my nephew there . place is definately too small for how many people they had. which is fine by me. means people like it there . we got there maybe around 10 am or so.the food and the server were amazing ! only reason I'm giving 3 is because the hostest should not be a hostess. she made us feel so unwelcoming . I asked her if I will have to pay at the front or the table when I get my check . she literaly just stared at me turned around and started walking . we kind of guessed that she is taking us to our table. her face was so rude and anoyed . we felt like we were not wanted there. BUT the server made us feel very welcomed and gave amazing service . I hope he gets paid for what he is worth . food was amazing . I left tip in cash because I hate that gov. taxes people's tips I always leave tip in cash for that reason . left him a very good tip. I wish I could always request him to be my server when I come. so we are checking out and that same hostess with rude face is looking at us like she hates us there . I told her " thank you , food was amazing , have a great day " she says with her anoyed face " yeah" and walks away . soooo rude. don't let your hostess look so miserable . we left feeling like they didn't want us there . I understand it's just the hostest . will be trying Dennys again maybe 3rd time will be a charm lol. just have to say one more time that our server was beyond amazing. I never in my life had a better server .

Read moreI’m a DoorDasher and I went to this location to pick up an order. A lady who was wearing a red work shirt, I’m assuming that she’s the manager since she was the only worker who had that shirt color on was the one who I went to for the order. Once she saw the name on my phone, she told me that the order was already picked up by the guy who ordered it. I told her that he most likely didn’t confirm that it was picked up on his phone otherwise the order wouldn’t have popped up on my phone. It was then that she got very standoffish with me and started to raise her voice when she said it wasn’t her problem and that I should call DoorDash. I also tried contacting the customer but the error message kept coming up whenever I would try to call or text him. The customer did eventually call the restaurant and it was the lady in the red shirt who answered. She told me that he called and said he picked it up. I wanted to talk with him but she hung up the phone right before I asked. I would have thought she would have told him to wait on the other line since I was still there. She then asked me what I planned on doing and I said I was trying to contact DoorDash so they could cancel the order. She then yelled “If that order gets cancelled then I won’t get paid!” I then said that it wasn’t my fault that he didn’t confirm that he picked up his own order and that if I cancel it myself, it counts against me. Luckily I was able to get ahold of someone from DoorDash and they took care of me. So basically I don’t want this woman to get fired because years ago, I worked in the food service and it can get stressful but there’s no reason why she had to raise her voice to me. In the future, whenever you guys get a DoorDash order, make sure that the person who’s picking it up, hits confirm on their phone so that there’s no inconvenience on...
Read moreOrder from here all the time while at work. They always seem to forget something or mess someone's order up. I've worked in restaurants...I understand that their busiest times are breakfast hours and weekends. I understand that you cant get every order right...especially when people ask for something to be made a certain way. I ordered on line today around 10:30 am(saturday)....food will be ready in 20 minutes. Parking lot was completely full...people waiting to be seated. Line of people at the desk. Lady calling out for people to be cashed out...another helping the grub hub people. I gave them my name and said I ordered on line...her response was "she will take care of you" pointing to the other lady. "She" went to seat people that were waiting...the other lady dissapeared. Another woman came to the front...started helping the people in front of me...then asked what I needed. Gave her my name for on line order...she said yes right here. My food was sitting there the whole time! I stood there for almost 10 minutes(8 to be exact) of my 30 minute break...and my food was there the whole time! If the first lady actually cared to listen to me and check the orders on the counter in front of her face I would have been 1 less person standing there in the way...but no "she will take care of you" was her response.
