I came in earlier today, ordered two coffees and 6 donuts they probably had 10 donuts on the rack theyāre selection was small they had no options so I was forced to take what they had one I received my donuts I waited on my drinks and noticed that they were hard and stale it felt as if they stayed out since the time they opened. I asked one of the employees for a refund since they were hard and un edible she then proceeded to say she couldnāt do a refund and that she would speak to a manager to attempt to resolve the situation. Once on the phone with the manager we told her about the dunuts being hard and she then told us that they were fresh and soft ( she was not in so thereās no possible way she could just say that over the phone) we told her that we wanted a refund and she said she couldnāt do one over the phone and that we had to come back the next day. She was being very disrespectful and honestly if this is how sheās managing this location she need to work as a janitor in a gas station I myself am a manger in the food industry and I wouldnāt hire this trash even to clean the toilets let alone talk to customers. I walked in with my 6 year old daughter, and immediately I hear do you have a mask. My last mask had broken so I had my mouth and nose covered with a very thick sweater. Once it was my turn to order the rude employee put her hand up and said we donāt service people without masks. I said my mouth and nose are covered and I would just like to order something quickly for my daughter as she was starving. She proceeded to repeat the same sentence with an eye roll, I said Iād like to speak with a manager, she ignored my multiple requests for a manager and grabs the phone and calls the police and says that I was being belligerent and refused to leave the store. Not once, not twice, not even thrice, but FOUR separate occasions the owner has watered down my iced tea so drastically to save herself $0.000015, it was paler than urine. Everytime I complained, I was literally chased over to the straw and napkin kiosk by her insisting that if you ask for ice cubes in your black iced tea, the solution WILL BE COLORLESS. I assured her that SHE is the ONLY person to EVER serve black iced tea in this state, at her store or anyones store, anywhere, anytime, anyplace. Black iced tea is not clear and colorless. I am done with her rude, dishonest, disingenuous gaslighting. Unfortunately, I stopped in every single work day...never, ever ever ever ever again.
This store owner lost a regular, constant customer to save 0.000015 cents. Quite possibly the most rude, dishonest, hateful business owner I have encountered in my lifetime.
