Tonight my family and I were trying to enjoy a night out with great food and sports. The wait wasn’t bad to be seated but the food and mainly the server Ava was the issue. We sat and waited 15 minutes for the server to come and offer drinks. Then when we placed our orders it took 25 minutes and she never came to check on us or let us know anything about a wait for food. Someone else came and served our food and my wings were cold as if they were sitting on the table waiting for us to arrive to the restaurant. We had no silverware or napkins so I had to go to the pick up counter and ask for some which he kindly handed me promptly. 20 minutes later after walking around and avoiding our table she asked how is everything. I informed her my food was cold and we had no silverware or napkins and I couldn’t get her attention to request anything. She then asked if we wanted wet wipes or napkins and I told her no just containers to go and the check. Several minutes later she dropped the check off and containers. We waited several more minutes for her to get the check and payment before I just went to the pick up counter to ask to pay there as we were already frustrated and ready to leave. As I walked to the counter she saw me and went over to take the payment and she had a attitude complaining about they see I’m busy and they can’t wait a minute. She started tapping no tip on the screen and inserting the card to complete the transaction and offered a receipt which we took. I explained to her we weren’t trying to be rude but we waited for a long time without any service and my food was cold. She apologized and said she was busy and if she could go back and make our food herself and bring it out she would but she can’t. Yet she had time to talk in the corner and walk around the area and avoided our table. And we saw this because we were trying to get her attention without yelling and being rude. Then had a attitude with me because I expressed the issue to her. At no time did she offer to warm the food up, replace the cold order or remove it from the bill. Read moreSo today is my birthday and my husband and I stopped by this location to get some lunch and we have the app and you get a free six wings for your birthday. So we went, our server was amazing the whole time this is not about her, we let her know before we ordered that it was my birthday and we had the app and we wanted to do the free six wings and she said that was fine. We ordered and the food and service from her was great (didn’t get her name) at the end when she asked if we wanted to check, we said yes and gave her our phone number so she could apply the discount when she brought the check back we noticed that the bill was higher than it should be and that the six wings for my birthday did not come off so we asked her about it and she tried it again and it did not work but my phone number I showed her the email that said for your birthday you get free six wings. She asked another man to come over unfortunately unfortunately I did not get his name. He might’ve been some type of manager or someone with more experience than her. She explained the situation to him and I showed him the email I received and he asked me if I had the app which I told him I did and that my phone number went through he said did you get the boneless or traditional because he said the boneless or not a part of the birthday I showed him the email that just said free six wings for birthday with app. There was no indication if it was boneless or traditional. He proceeded to just kind of stare at us as if we were crazy when I had the app open the email and my phone number he went on to basically say, unfortunately it’s for traditional only which, if I would’ve known that I would’ve gotten the traditional, however it made no mention of that anywhere the server was trying to be really nice and I felt like she would’ve given it to us, but the manager basically just kind of said oh well sucks to suck and we wouldn’t get the birthday promo. Read moreWe went to BWW to watch the Denver/Texans game and No one mentioned anything about it being a long wait or a wait in the kitchen. We asked to be seated outside no problem. Our waited Hannah finally came after about 10 minutes of us being seated. She did mention it was a wait with the bartender bc it was only one at the bar and that our food would be a wait as well. She finally came out with the drink 10 minutes later...ok cool no problem. We were still polite. She came out several times informing us that our food would be out shortly. Now we went through the first and second quarter of the game still no food. The food finally came out at half time and my wings were incorrect. Her words exactly were "the must have gotten in wrong in the back" I said that's fine with the wait I will keep them I don't want to wait another 30 40 mins. The food was cold and no one in my family complained. When it was time for the check I asked for 10 percent off on my wings. She wanted to talk to me about policy and that because I ate the wings there was nothing should could do. Now my bill was $83 what's 10% of 80 absolutely nothing. She went back and forth until the exchange was rude. The manager Ken came out fixed the problem and more than 10% was taken off.
