I had called to make an appointment and I asked specific questions to make sure that I would get the right stylist for me. I had a bad experience last year, which led me to be very skeptical. I had asked for a stylist with years of experience who had experience with curly hair and fragile hair and then told her why I was asking. She said I would need a master Stylist so I said OK cause that sounds like a senior stylist that has years under her belt and knows what she’s doing. I got booked with someone who was right out of school. I walked in with brown hair and highlights and a money piece. I actually loved my hair just wanted to do something special for my birthday tomorrow. I walked out with complete orange burnt hair. I just wanted a couple more highlights and to change my blonde color to an actually Darker color than what I already was so how all of this happened is so beyond me I don’t even understand. However, mistakes happen, but what really shook me to my core was the fact that -I don’t know if she was the owner, -but Tiffany came over and decided to gaslight me and say that it was because of the way I came in that my hair color needed to be fixed or something just so absurd That didn’t even make sense and she just kept trying to gaslight me making me feel as though I was the problem and not her stylist, also saying that my hair was not damaged and they never damage hair and all this other garbage proceeding to charge me the full amount Mind you I am crying in front of everyone because I am so distraught it took me a year to grow back my hair from last year’s experience and now I have to cut it all off and start all over again No one should go through that ever and I really hope that this helps other people who have been gaslighted from this Salon come forward and speak about their experience because I know that all those bad reviews that aren’t on here is because she is trying to make sure that they felt it was their fault the way she did to me today I don’t know how to add pictures to this but when I figure it out I...

It is quality product and as a cherry on top all of the different lines smell incredible while leaving your hair feeling healthy and soft.
