Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Wilmington

Very excited to have a chipotle in my location of Wilmington, gave it a few weeks to try and when I finally did tonight, nothing but DISAPPOINTMENT. ordered using the app to make it super easy and they still made mistakes and items are missing, chips are stale. This place is brand new and is already a failure. Tried to contact the restaurant about the missing items and was directed to an app with an Ai messenger and was told it couldn't help me, so rather then driving back to the restaurant I just need to accept being robbed of around $10.00 worth of paid for food. My food was supposed to be picked up at a designated area inside and it was at the drive through for pick up there even though I specified in store pick up and the tag on the even said pick up inside. The big bag of chips I ordered taste DAYS OLD!!! it's Friday night and this place could care less what they are delivering to their NEW customers who are trying this NEW...

I wish I would've looked at the reviews before I spent $44.00 of my hard earned money. My daughter suggested Chipotle for dinner. I've haven't eaten at a Chipotle in 15 years. I thought well maybe something has changed. My daughter picked up dinner tonight. I ordered a carne asada burrito. Whoever made this burrito clearly doesn't know how to layer the ingredients. The burrito was full of rice and very little meat. The meat I got was tough and wasn't seasoned. One bite was all rice, another bite all beans, next bite romaine and guacamole. Yo! I just got a quesadilla and where is the meat!!?? This is alllllll tortilla and maybe a couple pieces of meat. I got half chicken and half steak and it’s literally tortilla!! I can see why you guys have bad reviews! Get it together! For something that costs over $12 and you’re not actually giving me anything is wild! Lunch time here sucks!
