Terrible experiences here, mistake after mistake after mistake. One night I even had to drive there after ordering delivery. The tracker said my delivery was “complete” but no pizza was at my door. (It wasn’t delivered until 15 minutes later). So I tried to call - after being on hold for 8 minutes, I was disconnected. That is when I got angry enough to drive to the store itself. However when I got there, I couldn’t go inside as it was locked and the door said “lobby closed”. I realize now I could have gone to the drive-thru window, so that was my fault, but at the time I thought I just couldn’t communicate at all (the windows were fogged up so I couldn’t see what the employees were gesturing at, I thought they were just waving their hands “no”). Luckily, I guess one of their employees was bringing some of his coworkers food as a favor and he was kind enough to explain that on busy nights sometimes when drivers have to take multiple deliveries, the system will mark deliveries as complete as soon as the driver leaves the store. I forgot to ask his name which is unfortunate because he was so kind and he wasn’t even working so he really didn’t have to take the time to be as thorough and polite with me as he was. That’s why I gave two stars instead of one.
This experience was preceded by several other mistakes - not including sauces or desserts ordered; forgetting a topping or two, etc. One night my boyfriend called in an order that he was paying for with cash. The driver couldn’t find our apartment (even though we order all the time) and tried to call my boyfriend but we didn’t hear it. We called back 3 minutes later but the driver didn’t answer. So we called the store, which again had us on hold for several minutes. The store told us the order had been cancelled and we would have to place another order which would take another 45 minutes. We had already been waiting over an hour, so we said forget it!

Read moreI walked in and ordered a takeout pizza tonight. There were a bunch of people working and they asked if I needed help in a timely manner. I placed my order and the clerk told me it would be about 7 minutes until it was ready. The pizza was in my hands exactly 7 minutes after he said it! Although that time was pretty quick overall, and on par with what the clerk, another employee apologized for any delay and said it would be up shortly. The pizza was delicious and, even though it took me roughly 30 minutes to start eating it (my fault), it was plenty warm.
There was nobody eating inside the restaurant, but they do have ample seating space. One other person came in and picked up an order and he was helped immediately, nearly walking from the door, up to the counter, and straight back out the door. The place was very clean, even the floors behind the counter looked like they were recently mopped. Each employee was wearing a mask and anyone touching the food was wearing...
Read moreTERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was in the line by the parking lot and when I opened the door to step out a delivery driver sped and nearly took off my door. After waiting in the parking lot to pick up my pizza he drove past again and my friend (the owner of the car) told him to slow down. He then began to cuss us out and act unprofessionally. I called the manager and asked for the delivery drivers name and was told that we were in the wrong and that he simply didn’t believe his driver would cuss us out. He refused to give me the drivers name and told me to call corporate.
