McDonald's — Restaurant in Wilmington

6/21/21--Absolutely a horrible place to go service is horrendous time to stop blaming it on the pandemic short staff that's bull crap. Always enough people in there no one ever works the front counter all they care about is the drive thru. I could care less if I ever come back to any McDonald's ever not worth the money. And let me tell you fast food thats a joke. 10/28/21---Just tried the same McDonald's again four months later and still the same horrible service all they concentrate on is drive-thru . Took 12 minutes to receive one sausage biscuit with only one customer ahead of me who only ordered coffee. 👎👎👎 6/25/23--Well I went back and tried one more time months later and still the same awful service it is just ridiculous. All they care about is the drive-thru need more help or just go ahead and close the doors because I'm done 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 4/28/24 I must like punishment because I tried one more time and again I stood there 6 minutes with nobody coming to the front counter to help tons of people at drive through I just don't understand it ridiculous please go out of business so I quit punishing myself. Treated super rudely. After standing at the register for a few minutes someone finally came to the counter. She just looked at me and said nothing and acted like it was a huge inconvenience to wait on me. I looked at her & asked if there was a problem. She just shrugged her shoulders and still said nothing, like just having to walk a few feet to wait on someone was exhausting! All I wanted was a small drink. So I said, I'd like a small fountain drink. She never told me the amount, I looked at screen to find out how much it cost. She took my money then walked away without giving me my cup. I said, hey I need a cup. She ignored me, and another coworker standing next to her said, they are over there. She pointed beside the counter. I said, I didn't know this was a self-serve store. Not another word was said. It was the rudest experience I've ever had!! I've stopped at this restaurant for years, but not anymore. I doubt this review will make any difference, but rude behavior from an employee to a customer like that should be addressed. If she was in my employ, she would have been fired on the spot! I would not have even given one star, but you have to give a rating between 1-5 stars to...

I visited this location 1/4/21 approximately 7:30am. Once I began to drink my macchiato, something went in my mouth and I spit it back in the cup. I opened the lid and it was a roach. I became violently ill. Getting sick now just typing it. Once I finally got myself together. I called back to the store. I had already made it to the office I was working at that day-just a few miles away. Brenda, the manager, asked if I wanted to come get something else? Seriously?! I them called the Corporate office and spoke with Christie who’s just a few minutes away who apologized and stated I would receive a call from Jeff within 24 hours. Still waiting for that call. I did get a call from the store’s General Manager, Kelsey the next morning offering my $8.21 cents back. I stated that I live 3 hours away in Columbia SC. Well....still seeking legal advice.
