WARNING FOUL EMPLOYEES..... Only posting one star because I can't write the review. But, I would post no star! Like other reviews, I do not write food reviews, but this was so bad I have to write a warning. We picked up our kids from the airport after 1:00 AM, so this was our only choice of food options. We ordered and went to the first window and waited with no service, pulled up to window 2 and waited with no service, and then went to window 1 with no service. Needlessly to say, I was confused at the empty windows. However, The cars behind me did get service from window 2. We were now in window 1. I asked the car behind me to tell them we were in the first window. He got his food as we waited. The next car got their food as we waited. I finally got out to ask where to go to get our food and a VERY foul lady remarked, "pull back or go around." We did as asked! When we arrived at window 2 we waited again for service. She finally came to the window and I simply remarked, "Thank you for accommodating us." We received our order with attitude (that was not on the menu). She quickly gave us our food with hatred and then she quickly left. We checked our order and I waited for the lady to come back because we did not receive napkins or ketchup, which we did order. After some time another foul lady came to the window again with attitude. When I asked for what was not on the order napkins (she practically threw us a 4" stack) and then I asked for ketchup (we were abruptly given lots). I asked what her name was in her hast and she shut the window with a scowl. I waited again for one of them to return for an answer. The ladies were heard saying rude remarks. She would not come back to the window and she even asked the car behind them to pull back so they could give them their food in the regular cashier window. It was absolutely the worst experience and service we have ever received at any restaurant. I was appalled at the behavior of these ladies. Money taken but order not given. Ordered Double Big Mac meal & 2 sundaes. Ordered at 3:45 A.M. Order was accepted and card was charged. Arrived a few minutes later and the Lady at the window said “Sorry we are making breakfast in 4 minutes.” Would have ordered breakfast if the menu board had been changed to reflect a breakfast menu, but it still had hamburgers listed.
This is lousy customer service and the McDonald's app DID NOT say dinner menu was not available. I arrived with plenty of time (at least 5 minutes) for the food to be made, or it should have been already made or in the process of being made since the order was ALREADY PAID FOR!
The lady said “sorry” but made no effort to even change the menu to breakfast so I could at least get some food since it was paid for. She said I would get the money back, but didn't say when, and with their lousy attitude I doubt I will get it back.
I worked at McDonald's for many years (worked from store opening to mid afternoon, in charge of changeover) and was always able to make sure if someone ordered breakfast at 10:29 they got it instead of the lunch menu which was 1 minute away. Never turned anyone away.
But I suppose the weak minded and lazy employees at this McDonald's do not care about the reputation of your brand or giving someone what was was already paid for.
Like I said, I worked at McDonald's for many many years and hold no grudge against the company, but this is ridiculous that I had to waste gas money in this day and age and be told “No food for you!”
I wasn't asking for crab bisque from the Soup Nazi, just the food I had ordered minutes before, with plenty of time to make it.
I hope that my money is returned in a timely manner as I see it as stealing money from me for something that this McDonald's had no intention...

There is the "A" team which consists of a group of polite, kind and proficient people, The "A" team Get's the orders out and correct with a greeting and a smile EVERY time ! Then there's the "D" team which is HORRIBLE. This morning (Friday 7am) for example, the person taking the order had me repeat it several times and then again at the cashier window. Then when I got to the pickup window I was greeted by a woman who looked like she was pissed at everything and everyone! She was rude, but still I said thank you and good morning to her as she shoved the bag towards me.. I thought WOW, what a bitter person but anyone can have a bad day, right? Okay, onto the chase. I ordered the "Big Breakfast w/hotcakes and an Oatmeal. I got to the office to find that there was NO Syrup or butter for the hotcakes. No napkins, no salt no pepper and no straw for the orange juice.. The incompetence in addition to the bad attitude was unacceptable! I called the store twice to speak with the manager and was told both times that she was unable to come to the phone. I decided this was an 'Omen' and threw the 'food' out and went to a real restaurant and had a great breakfast (that actually cost less) !!! I will NEVER attempt breakfast at McDonald's (at least this store)...
