McDonald's — Restaurant in Wilmington

I have just been at this Mc donalds at 700 4th st. Wilmington DE 19801, I arrive and say my order through the drive thrue at 8:32 pm I tell the employee my order number, she tells me to park in front of the store, I wait about 40 minutes, I go to the window in the front door and tell the employee the lady in the drive thru send me to here, the employee tells me I don't know? Because? This is only for doordash, and i explain again that she was the one who sent me, I've been waiting for my order for 40 minutes, she told me again that I have to go to the drive thru for that! I go back to the drive thru I tell her the employee my order number, I get to the window and tell her look I've been waiting for my order for 40 minutes in the parking lot, and she just said sorry I thought you were a doordash I tell her but how can you think that I am a doordash, I ordered my order through the McDonald's app, not through the doordash app, well, after 3 more minutes they give me my order, I asked for the double jalapeño QPC, the gentleman who seems to have made it gives me the order, he looked at me badly, as if I had done something wrong and as if I should apologize for their incompetence, i leave the place I'm going home, when I check the food, the burn potatoes and the double cheesy jalapeño QPC, they gave it to me without Jalapeño... these people were the worst customer service and the worst...

If you plan on going to this McDonald’s change your mind and go to a different one. If I could do anything under 1 star review I definitely would. I ordered a McRib and a triple cheese burger meal as a mobile order and I went with my brother and sister and when we went to verify our orders at the drive thru everything was cool until we got to the window and now I can only verify 1 order at a time so I had to go back around to get my brothers food twice and come time for me to get my food now it’s outdated and I have to place this order again. So I really just spend 11 dollars for nothing I requested a refund and I have yet to receive anything to this day. (Months later btw) This McDonald’s is complete bullshit, I’d rather drive 20 more minutes and go to kirkwood hw to get McDonald’s than to come to this slow understaffed ass store. I will never go here again. Oh and have in mind the guy at the window was completely rude and very disrespectful, it’s like he had the intention to attack me because I was pissed and yelling at him because they practically scammed me. It’s like they all have a rude and nasty attitude but he gotta be the worst one yet. And this isn’t the only time they mess up my order most of the time they usually give me less of what I ordered. For an example I order a double cheeseburger with a large fry. They would give me a cheese burger with a small fry like cmon...

If i could rate this MCDONALDS WITH ZERO STARS I WOULD...............!!!!!!! We were down here for a cheer comp, and this McDonalds advertise 24 hour drive through so we waited till we got close to the venue before we tried to feed the kids... WHAT A MISTAKE...... We put in a mobile order, a car was in front of us pulled away after for sitting for 10 mins...... We pulled up and waited for 20 MINTUES No came to the speaker I called 6 times and then the girl took the phone off the hook. we drove to the front window and could see this women just standing there on the phone.. So then we pulled back up to the drive. There was the same car behind us also wondering. We beeped the horn and then the lady RUDELY CAME ON TO THE SPEAKER SAYING HOW THE DRIVE THROUGH IS CLOSE (CLEARLY THEY ARE 24/7) SIGNS ALL OVER THE BUILDING SAYING DRIVE THRU OPEN 24/7 this would have been a different story if she said that she was alone and it was going to be a long wait but to come on the speaker SAYING IS THERE A REASON YOU ARE HONKING THE HORN AND CALLING CLEARLY WE ARE CLOSE.. ITS ACTUALLY NOT CLEAR BECAUSE MCDONALDS OFFICALLY IS PAYING YOU OVERNIGHT HOURS FOR YOU TO ACTUALLY NOT BE WORKING.. SO I LET HER KNOW I WILL BE CALLING CORP AND COMPLAINGING ABOUT THIS... ITS SICK AND NO WONDER YOU ARE RATED A 2.. GET PEOPLE WHO ACTUALLY WANT TO WORK BECAUSE YOU LOST A $50 ORDER BECAUSE SHE DIDNT...
