McDonald's — Restaurant in Wilmington

For the past 4 months I have had missing items in my orders. I have called the manager and have had no call back. It is frustrating to have your children upset and not be able to fix what is only right. Shame on me for not checking the order completely. Tonight was the last straw. My wife ordered a grilled chicken. A grilled chicken box was in the bag the contents of the box was a crispy chicken. My drinks were not there when they called my number so I had to go and get someone to get the drinks I ordered along with the cups to get the rest of the drinks. Meals were ordered medium meals to be precise. They include fries. They were not in the bag. My wife called when I arrived home with no fries because I was unable to talk to someone without losing my temper and I was not going back for replacements because my kids were hungry. The "manager" took her number and said the general manager would call back tomorrow. The food on the other hand was McDonalds food, cold and fast as always. If you do go there check everything...

Ever since the workers from the Lowell restaraunt started working here, the place became a shot hole and the food is not cooked good. The orders are always wrong and the employees always have an attitude. My dad and I use to go all the time because its next to our house, there was alwAys good deals, the food was cooked goid, and the employees were always nice to us. We became regulars and had a good relationship with the workers. We went twice in the last month and both times it was absolutely horrible! No more going there on a daily basis. I have to find a new comfortable place to hang out and use my laptop. I don't recommend this nasty place to anyone. BEWARE their is also flies alwAys flying around now because the place is not cleaned on a regular basis anymore! Do yourself a favor and drive 5 more minutes to a different McDonald's or a different place to eat...

Got a shamrock McFlurry at the drive through and was handed this. Went inside to ask for one that was mixed- manager took it from my hand and immediately tossed it in the trash. She then told me they’re mixer was broken so she’ll make me a new one but it would look the same. Never offered a refund either. I watched her make it again and it looked the same. Told me if I wanted it mixed i could do it myself. I took the drink said thanks and started to walk out. She must not have heard me because she began pointing at my friend and I screaming “Yeah you’re welcome no problem” in a sarcastic tone, creating a scene.
