Moe's Southwest Grill — Restaurant in Wilmington

I’m beyond disappointed. I’ve never been here but my wife loves it. Online it says they’re open until 9 on Sundays, we came in a little before 7:45. Apparently they close at 8, and the staff and even the manager made sure that you knew you were an inconvenience. Didn’t know they closed that early until we sat down and the manager was yelling at people who walked through the door that they closed. It explains why the worker who checked us out acted like we just insulted her whole bloodline. I think it was a girl, I’m not sure. We tried to eat our food as fast as we could, obviously uncomfortable. The workers were making their own food and the manger kept telling them to hurry up or they were going to be there all night after what had just happened. I’m assuming having customers. Everything was extremely cold, but I guess that makes sense, since they were closing. Please update your hours because you just lost customers and I’m sure you lost more, considering the way I saw your staff treating other customers tonight,...

I placed an order for Moe Monday via the Moes app... I waited the time the app asked me to and headed over (20 min, an acceptable amount of time to wait for food). I walk in at about the time my food was supposed to be ready give or take a minute. I waited for more than 25 minutes and my order wasn’t completed. It was very busy but they have challenges to work through. No way two burritos and a kids meal should have needed 45 min. I saw people go through the line faster than my order via the app

i always eat here for dinner and the customer service and food is great. decided to stop by for lunch with my mom and grandma. ordered a kids burrito like i always do and it was two bites big (blurry picture) and the size of a lemon. i ordered first and then when my mom and grandma tried to order a kids burrito too the middle aged man working at 12:40pm on 4/11 was very rude and told them they can’t have them unless they’re kids, even tho he gave me one? then they said oh okay we’ll take normal burritos then and he starts making them and my grandma says “oh i don’t want one that’s that big” and he very rudely says “welp that’s the only size we have.” and charged her extra for guacamole that she didn’t order. the young girl at the cash register was super kind sweet and helpful but i guess i’ll only be coming here for dinner...
