Panera Bread — Restaurant in Wilmington

Ordered online and food was delivered super fast, 20 min earlier than expected which was great. But once I checked the bag there was something missing of course. Speed doesnt do much good if things are left out of the order or messed up. In my case it was both, sandwich was asked to be made without cucumbers and had tons of them on it. I ordered a chocolate chip cookie and it was missing. When I called just asking for my missing sweet(mentioned nothing about the sandwich mishap we just picked out the cucumbers) I was told I could go by and pick it up myself...Which defeats the purpose of me having my food delivered if I have to leave my room to pick up part of my order that was missing. They would not send it back out to be delivered but offered a mail in voucher. It was a nice offer but I dont think I will be going back to this location. All I wanted was my chocolate chip cookie that I was craving and because someone was in such a rush and couldnt double check the bag before sending it out to be delivered I am leaving...

The manager here is kind, but oh my. Without fail, every time I go to this Panera, something is incorrect or missing with my order. I've attempted ordering 3 times this past month, and every single order was wrong. I work in the same shopping center so it is convenient for to-go lunch or dinner. One time, DoorDash never brought my delivery but still charged me. The manager tried to get it delivered anyways, but it never made it. Another time for delivery, they missed a beverage and got the instructions wrong. Today, I went inside and placed a to-go order, and as I was walking out, I noticed that again they missed a beverage and got the instructions wrong. I didn't think it was difficult to slice/toast a bagel and drop a cream cheese packet into the bag, or also put a bottled beverage in the bag. I didn't have time to go back and tell the staff that it was wrong. I don't get it. One time here or there is no big deal, but I've never experienced worse issues at a quick stop restaurant before. A month ago freinds and I ate at a Panera in Phoenix. I had a Greek salad. It was so tasty I thought having a salad now and then at home would be a way to have more fresh veggies without wasting salad fixings So, back home, I went to Panera at Mayfaire to have a Greek salad. First, the young woman taking my order, put in an order for a Caesar salad. Maybe she couldn't hear, as the music was so loud I could hardly hear HER standing 2 ft. away. I reported the error and was given a Greek salad and told I could take the Caesar salad home. The Greek salad was nothing like the tasty one I had in Phoenix. No flavor, wimpy vegetables, seemingly refrigerated tomatoes. At home I discovered the Caesar salad was worse. Brown lettuce, ABSOLUTELY NO Caesar salad tase in the dressing.
