I happened to be passing by this venue earlier in the day and met one of the owners who invited me to pop by for their free tasting event. She had a kind welcoming spirit, so I chose to return to get to know their venue and its offerings. My timing was perfect enough to meet several of her family members. I don't know about others but, when it comes to the choice to support small businesses, a driving factor for me is the character and the energy of its owner(s) and staff. From what I could tell, they are wonderful service-oriented people who care about whether or not the needs of their customers are being met. They have a great vision for maintaining the venue as a fun safe entertaining environment that caters to diverse customers. The venue was clean and comfortable. The layout allowed for a good separation of the bar area from the sitting spaces. The main room is spacious with contemporary furnishings and an open area for social activities and mingling. There was also a special private seating area and outdoor space. They have many events planned and offerings to include music, hookah, food trucks, and more. I also discovered their intention for other types of community engagement. I am glad to see this venue open up and I think people will enjoy having another option as a go-to place for a good time. They had many creative drinks on their cocktail menu, as well as well-known wine and beer selections. Since my visit was during "spooky season" it felt appropriate to try the Zombie Apocalypse drink. It was a tasty combination with a candy-like flavor that wasn't too overpowering in sweetness. I classified it as a nod to trick-or-treating for adults. The staff the night I was there was so amazing. They took absolutely care of me. I went during their Tequila and Tobacco takeover, it was an absolute vibe. From the DJ, to the atmosphere, and all to the outdoor area. I will go back again and recommend...
