WXYZ — Restaurant in Wilmington

Kyle at the bar showed not only complete professionalism in dealing with an overwhelming crowd (by himself for a good while) for a karaoke event, but watching him multitask while taking orders from people along the full length of the bar, expertly mixing drinks and keeping track of who was next in line, and doing everything within his power to appease and please the customers had me in total awe. I truly hope he is appreciated for the valuable employee that he showed himself to be, because work ethic like his is more and more...

We recently visited WXYZ with a fairly large group of folks. We clearly brought more people than they were prepared for. The bartender Kyle found another poor sole and those two cranked out beyond expectations. Even when being harassed by some overly self centered patron that was not with the group, Kyle and the other bartender held it together, took his nasty comments, held his temper and kept rolling out drinks and beer!!!! Despite drinking all the cold beer in the place we had an absolute blast...

Kyle is a wonderful bartender and he's pretty stellar at his job. He is universal with guests and he is simply himself which was a pleasure to my wife & I. Authentic and genuine people in this industry are becoming beyond rare..an especially rare commodity in a brand new place at that. Paul & Susan on the rooftop were pretty great too. That's the kind of service we will come back for....
