Arby's — Restaurant in Wilson

Highly recommend avoiding this restaurant for the near future. It started out with having to go through the drive-through only, which is, in my opinion, a big flag. The person on the end of the Speaker was knowledgeable of a sandwich not featured,"The Super" and assured us we could get it. Flag number two was that they had no curly fries. We gave them a try, and I had my fears sent to me. The sandwich was not made correctly with the lack of tomatoes, and if that was the only issue, they could be looking at four stars, but they went far and beyond with a tasteless sandwich. I should correct myself. It had taste, but I wasn't even aware that beef could taste like fish! The sandwich had an old musty fish smell, which made me think they dropped the beef in a vat and just went with it. I can only imagine the uncaring attitude that sent that out the door simply because it appeared hot. I gave one star as the fries were hot, but because of the little small pieces that fill the box, it was evident that the fries were thrown around in the bag before cooking. Haven't been to Arby's in a long time so after shopping at Wilson Walmart let's eat at Arby's. I needed to eat. Head ache started. Drove through the drive thru. Had problems communicating at the speaker. Had questions on value meals . Got attitude while trying to ask my friend she wanted anything else. Yes a soda . Tried to relay this to the lady. Got more attitude. Drove up to the window to pay , my hands were stickie with hand sanitizer . While trying to hand the money to the the lady. She turned her hand dumping the change while the ten I had. Blew out of my hand . Squeezing between the bldg. An my truck retrieved the 10$ placing it on the window ledge. Again I received attitude. Now from the manager. Being distracted and having a migraine I thought we got the meal. Not the soda so I tried to give the money. While These women in Arby's yelling at me saying no you don't. I then feed up on this communication with the staff thinking I had the food but not the soda. Went home with a raging migraine. Found out we didn't receive the food at home so no food for ten dollars and fifty cent. The ...

Several times we have pulled up at the local Arbys in Wilson Nc at 8:30 pm and the order board light is turned off - making it look like they are closed - tonight topped the cake😤the order board was turned off at 8:30 pm-so I pulled up to the window - there were 4 employees just standing around - one was sitting on the food counter even - I said are you open ? The guy came to the window and said yeah and turned around and starting talking to another employee😤I said are you going to take my order ? He looked at me strange - I attempted to order roast beef sandwiches and he said “we don’t have any beef😡- this has happened several times . Not good for business !!!!!!!!
