It's Just Wings — Restaurant in Wilson

My coworkers and I ordered lunch from here for pick up, waited 20 mins before arriving, to then arrive at the time the order should be ready, to then get told that they are out of boneless wings but could replace it was traditional, rather than calling to let us know when they saw the order. An additional 20 mins go by, and we recieve the wings, however the sprite syrup box needs changed because they gave us just sparkling water. They forgot to give us the ranch that they claim comes with each meal, and the fries were some soggy mush. I understand this is just a chilis, but dang atleast...

My Wife and my Grandson came in to dine was not a lot of people we were seated quickly how ever the service wasBAD, we sat there for 10 to 15 minutes no one came how ever a customer with her child sat in the same section with in 2 tro 3 minutes a waiter was there to take there order. Of course my wife and Iborh are black and the other customer was a white lady I would never come back to that store again and I am telling everybody that I work with what happened!!!!!!! I shed with a coworker and she's advised me the same thing...

First time customer. I pulled up I to the curbside as directions say. I put In my parking spot number. And waited 20 min. NO ONE CAME TO BRING ORDER. I THENcalled the STORE no one answered so i waited 15 more minutes assuming the order probably was not ready. Finally I went in only to find my order is sitting on a rack in the hallway where anyone could have taken or tampered with the order. Obviously food became cold and chicken tasted like it was cooked the previous day. You really need a better process. I most likely will not...
