Straight to the Point ... Scott Needs a Raise, A real Raise, at least a Dollar more an hour. My Wife and I came in After a late High School Basketball Game. Scott instantly greeted us with a smile, took our order, helped other employees out and knew the menu without even looking at it. We Frequent Restaurants in Wilson and being from the 80's we experienced customer service that just doesn't Exist any more, So When You see a young man that takes his time to learn the menu, have excellent customer service, he was able to help out his peers while also giving excellent customer service to the folks that were in front of him. Read moreFirst experience and I can't see what everyone loves about this place. I ordered a regular #42, which is the chipotle chicken cheesesteak and the chicken was extremely dry & crumbly. I requested extra chipotle mayo, but the sandwich itself was just completely dry. I don't know if the chicken was old or just overcooked and the tomatoes were overly ripe & mushy. Based upon my first experience, I am not inclined to waste my hard earned money again.
I would like to add that the ladies in the front were prompt to assist me and provided good customer service.

Read moreThe Jersey Mike's subs in Wilson, NC was awesome! My wife and I pulled up 6 minutes to close on Saturday 9/11/21. At the time we pulled up we didn't realize this location closed at 10pm. As soon as we seen the sign on the door we started to leave, but we were waved in by the staff. As we went inside we were greeted by happy employees. Our food was made fresh and tasted delicious. We didn't feel rushed. In fact we felt welcomed. The whole staff went out of their way to give us a good experience. My wife and I were truly amazed.
