McDonald's — Restaurant in Wilson

People here have no customer service skills or common sense whatsoever.

First, when I went to this location back in April their entire drink machine was down, couldn’t even get filtered water. But I had ordered in the app so I wasn’t aware of this until I got to the store. I don’t drink tea so I asked if I could just have a bottle of water instead since I couldn’t get the drink I’d already paid for. The woman at the register tried to charge me for it, and kept saying bottle water wasn’t free. I and my sister had to tell her half a dozen times that I’d already paid for a drink on the app and couldn’t have it because there machines were down.

Now, today the people there don’t seem to understand what “table service” is. I ordered table service on the app and then put the table number in when I sat down and waited. Instead of bringing the food to my table - they just scream the table number over and over again until I came to get it. Then they also put it in a bag. it’s table service? It’s their job to bring it out and why in a bag when I’m eating there? They don’t have...

They know how to cook and get your order right. Nicer establishment. No Mc Donalds sell cinnomen rolls. ( I did not mean to hit the YES button on the other one.) Lately they have been selling watered down Cokes. And sold Me old sloppy nasty biscuts. The manager told me that She had told them They know better then to sell me that. (Though she had let them do it.) I got my money back. My daughter actually got it back for me. The employees were really rude too. The drive through window employee was rude, and The girl that practically threw my bag at me, Was rude. We waited there approx.20 min. For them to remake my 2 biscuts. And we got my money back too because of everything. We were their a total of 30 minutes in my car for 2 biscuts and 2 sodas. My daughter had to go inside and remake our soda. We had to get Orange soda. The Cokes were no good. Before that day...The cokes were no good either. I wont be going there for a while. Just when I thought they were better then other McDonalds. Miss Karen Johnson was rude and disrespectful the fact that she's a manager speaks a lot about their establishment. The issue was that they got my order wrong. I' paid for two sausage egg and cheese biscuit. 5 miles down the road then realize that there was no cheese on my biscuits . Miss Karen Johnson then exceeded to call me a liar that I had not paid for them. When I had a receipt saying I paid for my order Then said Whatever we give your cheese and put two cold cheese in a container. That was not at the corner or need it for our respect for the whole time saying yes ma'am please ma'am. Really upsets me that they have for ethical customer Quality. Nobody to go to this place. Any girl in the registered seems like she didnt wanted to be there just through the change at me and dropped it in the floor.. really rude or customer service would not recommend nobody to come to this McDonald's.
