I went to this restaurant today and waited for 1 hour. As I waited I was not addressed. No one said I apologize for the wait it will be shortly or nothing in reference to me waiting. After about 50 minutes of standing in line with only 2 people in front of me I was able to place an order. Once I placed an order I requested that I get the chicken that had recently came up. The cashier relayed the message to the manager. The manager rolled her eyes and went to the opposite side to speak with the cook. She proceeds to walk back to the front and ask him out loud hey did that chicken just come up. He said yes and put the few pieces of old chicken with the new chicken. I asked her why did he mix the old chicken with the new chicken she said “it’s called a fill in we have to sell it” (mind you that same chicken I witnessed was there when I walked in and I was there for 50 minutes at that point, so I don’t know if it was there longer than that or not.) I said oh okay. About 5 minutes later she told me we have some more chicken coming up I’ll just give you the fresh chicken that’s coming up. I said ok thank you ma’am. I seen the fresh chicken come up she still managed to mix the chicken anyways while boxing it up. Mind you I’m looking at the fresh chicken and it’s white meat and dark meat. She was determined to not give me all fresh chicken as requested. Even though I witnessed her still mixing my chicken I didn’t say anything else but may I have some hot sauce and honey. She gave me some and when she did I said thank you ma’am you have a good one. This lady ignored me. I’m guessing she was the main manager on duty because her shirt was different from everyone else’s. The shift that came in at 4 p.m. did try to move with some type of urgency. The shift before they were all walking around very slow like they didn’t care. (All but a younger female with braids) she looked as she was frustrated but still trying. I don’t know how the cole slaw is made but this time it didn’t taste right. How someone goes to get food for my dad who I’m not able to leave alone and the darn woman stresses to my mother she has to take care of the car in front of her with their order of box chicken . Like my mom was willing to wait the 15 minutes but this chick STILL kept talking about the car in front of her order. Like lady OBVIOUSLY this your kinfolk or someone you cool with. It’s 2pm in the afternoon and you are no way close to closing time. It should NEVER be anyone having to wait 15 minutes first of all, but secondly no one should have to constantly be reminded of what the car in front of them ordered! You’re a CHICKEN place! 🤣🤣🤣 Thank God I’m plant based but baby girl , you sell CHICKEN. Throw the entire location away . 🥴🤦🏽♀️ You should be dropping chicken at a rate conducive to your average customer attendance. I knew them bringing this franchise to this location was a bad idea. Read moreDo not allow them to place you on hold! I went there ordered 2 Family boxes and another box! I got there at 9;25PM and left @ 10;14PM...Yes almost and hour...I finally placed order though @937, paid and went to window and was asked to pull over until food was ready....I was then handed 1 box of food(THAT THE FOOD GOT COLD IN WHILE WAITING) and seen 1 after another car leave. When I was just about to go say something I seen the lady coming out with a big bag and she says I put EXTRA biscuits in there for you?! Well NOPE I got home and found out that NO EXTRA ANYTHING EXCEPT SAUCES AND HONEY STICKING TO EVERYTHING...Now I want to say ok I know that the honey thing was not new because I had went day before for lunch and had to go home and change clothes b4 going back out as the HONEY was EVERYWHERE! It sucks because I was looking forward to visiting here often instead of driving 37mins to other location?! With that said it is annoying to have to sit in line, to then be pushed to the side and stay a total of 50mins (YES I TRIED TO USE THE APP TO PREORDER,BUT IT KEPT SAYING MAINTAINCE ISSUES) To only see that 1 person got COLD CHICKEN DINNER and then the rest was covered with condiment sauces...Not worth the time it took...
