Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Wilton Manors

3 year update still 5 stars!!! Ordered at 547pm and the delivery was in my hands at 607. Talk about speedy!!! Delicious and fresh. 🥲 I love you dominos!

I swear on everything I love, (which happens to be mainly your guys' food) I started crying because everything was so delicious. Granted, I am pregnant, but that isn't the point. I couldnt dexide on what i wanted for dinner, so I got 2 pizzas, stuffed cheesy bread and a sandwich. As soon as I got the order, I devoured half of the philly cheese steak sandwich. 100% excellent. I asked for light American, extra prov. and extra steak, light mushrooms. It was ON POINT! Then, I proceeded to the stuffed spinach & feta cheesey bread. Oh my goodness. I wanted to eat the whole thing! Next, I counted my 8 packets of parmesan cheese and my 5 packets of red pepper flakes that I requested. Both 8 & 5! I opened up the box of heavan, I mean buffalo chicken specialty pizza. Bam, 2 ranch cups that I asked for. I took 1 slice, about half way through... that was when I started crying. It was so amazing. The perfect amount of sauce and cheese and the onions just made it heavenly. I was starting to feel full, but proceeded on with caution to the next pizza. Sadly, I was so stuffed that I couldnt finish it, but it was so gosh darn good! I got the extravaganzza specialty pie, no mushroom, beef or black olives. Instead, I added chicken, pineapple FRESH spinach and philly steak. So there were about 1000 topping on that one pizza. I am waiting until I am done writing this to finish that darn slice that I started! Whilst consuming my deliciousness, I was reading the boxes. I never knew that each one was COMPLETELY different!!! I ordered 2 NY style pizzas, they arrived with cheese and he wouldn’t exchange them for ones with pepperoni which I thought that was the definition of a NY style pizza. He didn’t even bother to exchange them he didn’t bother to do anything at all, it’s out of my hands he said. So I don’t eat bread with cheese on it so I said come get them he said I don’t feel the need to send my driver back just throw them away. I asked one more time there is nothing you could do. He said NO again! The “I don’t give a shit attitude I could have done without”. I thought they were big foldable 6 pieces these were cut into 8 slices and were so small you could not fold them if you tried. I know cause I had it before and they were big and foldable. Believe me they were skinnier then 3 fingers wide so that’s not foldable Dominoes no matter how you try. See pics they ate all different sizes and Cut into 8 small slices with a lot of bubbles in the slices. I like blowing bubble not eating them. You lost me as a customer for life! There was absolutely no way he was going to come to a resolution on his end not even a small refund or next time get a free dessert. Nothing! There is no service left in customer service at this location on Oakland park blvd in Oakland park, a lot of Wilton manors people use this store. 9:15ish on 9/1/24.

UPDATE - I ordered again and they forgot my drink, but I liked the food. I got feta and spinach thin crust and a NY style pizza oh and some pasta, which was tasty. The NY style was better this time and had more pepperoni on it...

I just moved to the area and I could say this is the worst Dominos I have ordered from i order from this dominos 2 week ago after placing my order they called me 10 min later to say the oven broke witch was ok but the way they told me was like they didn’t care. Now today I order a few thing only 2 thing come correct my soda and my pizza my pasta was totally the wrong pasta when I call to tell them what happen they said we cook the wrong one. Didn’t even bother with I’m sorry. Now they did tell me new pasta on the way but I don’t know if they even know who I was because didn’t bother to ask for the name or address. I seem like they don’t care because if they did they wouldn’t have been so calm About it. They were so calm about it if I like these mistakes happen all the time. All I’m asking for was an apology. Not right Finally get a knock at the door with my new pasta the delivery guy hand it to me. But after hand it to me he made me feel like I disturb him or some thing just handed it off to me but still no sorry. This dominos need to work on there customer service. I will be handing a report over to the directors of dominoes franchises. I work in a hospitality business and I never seen the worst hospitality in my life...
