I visited this store sat at the drive through speaker for an unreasonable amount of time. Literally several minutes, while every minute or so, asking "hello" before an attitudinal punk hoodlum comes on the speaker and says "Hold on Im texting" So i pull away from the speaker and to the window in an attempt to place my order, only to be told by the same punk kid. He wont take my order at the window, even though I just spent several minutes trying to order at the speaker and now there is a long line of cars, due to this punk kids need to text, being more important than needing to work. I asked for the manager Hoping the manager was an intelligent, useful individual. Instead I get the same attitude of "we cant take your order at the window" even though they apparently wont take your order at the speaker, if they are busy texting. So I park, and go inside, obviously aggrivated. I get left to stand at the counter several more minutes, before I finally loudly ask if they are closed, since they wont take my order at the speaker, or the window, and now apparently at the counter. The female manager began to get an attitude, before another employee was bothered enough to actually take my order. I pay for my food, and receive my drink cup. Then the drink machine was broken, so I was given an empty cup.... for a drink machine that doesn't work. I then returned to the counter and handed them back the cup and tell them I want a refund. DONT go to this total "HOLE" of a taco bell. The staff literally have attitudes about you having you wait almost 10 minutes between the speaker, window, attitudinal manager, and finally at the counter, only to be given a cup for a drink machine that doesn't work. Useless employees, dirty looking store, the staff will literally get an attitude if you interrupt their texting with the major inconvenience of wanting to order their food. Honestly after seeing inside the store, I wouldnt have eaten the food anyway. The store looks dirty, the staff are unprofessional, and the I doubt a single one even knows how to wash their hands, let alone willingly does it. I'd give this store 0 stars if...
Read moreHoping the vegan nacho cheese sauce we got yesterday was actually vegan since it wasn’t labeled as I’ve seen it supposed to be. We tried to ask questions at the counter but we’re told to just order at the kiosks. Despite there being a sign that says we can ask questions…at the counter. After ordering at the kiosk, because they no longer take orders at the counter, we waited a ridiculous amount of time. Watched our food be made, bagged and then set aside for delivery pick up’s. Fortunately, I could see our name printed on the receipt and brought it to their attention. Because we watched our food being made, we saw one of our items was incorrect. When we brought it to their attention, we were told it says “beans” so that’s what we got. Yes, we ordered refried beans on one item and received black beans so we need it remade. It seemed as if they still thought we were wrong, despite the fact that the black bean items we ordered said “black beans” and the one refried bean item said just “beans”. These are not isolated issues. Every. Single. Time. That we go to this location, we have to have at least one item remade if not all of them. The staff is generally snippy about it and not happy to remedy the problem. When we are always ordering at the kiosk, I know that our requests for modifications are on the screen where they look to make the order. This is why we go inside and not through the drive thru. After 3 years of items being out of stock and not knowing until we get to the window to this latest issue and everything in between, we will not be going back to this location. Monday 3/13/2017 10 cars in drive thru @10 pm'ish Go inside....no one at the counter....4 people waiting to place orders Some chick comes in from outside, doesnt wash hands and starts waiting on customers. Gets to me (order 108, if that helps). Child does not know addition or subtraction....s bill comes to 6.02. I hand her a ten. She tells the register i give her a 20.00. She cant understand that if the change on a 20.00 is 13.98, then on a 10.00 it is 3.98. If I had not vorrected her, her drawer would have been short. No mild sauce in the building. This is the 3rd or 4th time in as many weeks you have been out....from a management perspective, it should not happen...but here is where the issue starts... Your shift manager wants to argue that it is the fault of the customers and becomes argumentative with me, when this is what should be said to the customer:
"Ma'am, I apologize. You are correct, it has been an issue. I will leave a note for my GM and talk to him about it tomorrow. If you have any thought on how to fix it, please share, so that I can share it with him! I know its an issue, so, tell you what, here is a coupon for 5.00...your next meal is on us"
That should have been her response, not.... "Its because you customers take too much when you come in and we cant get anymore until the truck comes in"
