Yesterday was a really morning for me. I don’t expect Dunkin employees to know what I was going through but i almost had to put my dog down and I had been home since 10am yesterday crying waiting on the doctor to call me to let me know she had passed or I was going to have to put her down or I was picking her up. By 1pm yesterday I got the call of good news better than I expected I was to pick up my dog. So before I left to go to the vets I needed help with her as she still sedated. So my friend came with me and I wanted to treat her to a drink and I really wanted that cup. I called before I went up there and I was told rudely on the phone yes they had them but I had to buy the drink which i already knew but it was how she said it. So I headed to the location on eastern and flamingo and i ordered 2 medium strawberry refreshers and I get to the window. The lady takes my card and I pay and then she handed me one cup and I asked her for the second cup. She said no and said it’s one per order and if I wanted a second cup to go order another drink but I had to go back through the drive through and I was like no I’m not doing that I’m here now and I bought 2 drinks spent over $12 bucks. She then was like I can refund you one drink she did and then was like give me back my other cup. Did she really say that she wanted back the other cup. I asked for her manager she said I am the manager then I said well there’s someone above you she said no there isn’t I’m the highest there is which I know that’s a lie. There’s always district manager or supervisor above a manager but she wasn’t going to give me that information. So she refunded me and I left with one drink one cup and my friend got nothing. Now to get to my dog now we had to go pick her up. I spent $1300 on her echocardiogram test and sedation to see what was going with her heart. Imagine the sadness and grief I was going through that morning and to go to a Dunkin and to have to argue with an employee who says they are a manager who said you can only get one cup and my friend who was doing me a favor didn’t get a drink or a cup. Where was it in the rules of Dunkin I could only get one cup. Very sad experience and this wasn’t the first bad experience I had at this location. I’m so...
Read moreLiterally one of the worst Dunkin’s. Only come here cause it’s closest to my house but at this point I won’t anymore. Would rather drive out the way. Pulled up at 12:30 5/5 and ordered a $6 meal deal, a macchiato and a croissant. Was told to pull around and waited like 5+ mins and no one came back out to give us our stuff yet the drive thru is steady moving. I guess they didn’t think to prioritize the people they just sent around and told to wait for 2 coffees (no one was behind us at first either). So I go in and am greeted with a cold concrete box with no tables, a single ordering kiosk and a pickup window. I go to the window and no one approaches me so I knock. Took a few mins for anyone to come at all and a worker who was leaving their shift passed me without acknowledgement. Finally the girl hands me an order, cause it wasn’t mine, and I asked for the store number to which she said I’d have to look it up online. Worked at Dunkin for a year about a yr ago and know you’re supposed to know that and it’s easily accessible info. I asked if the croissant was in the bag w the meal deal and she assured me it was (it was not). So I go back to the window she says sorry and hands me another bag which I’m assuming is the croissant. Nope. Both bags are English muffins. Neither of the orders were English muffins. Our drinks contained no Carmel or Splenda as asked. Just plain iced coffee w cream and a macchiato with deflated cold foam from sitting there so long. Third time I’ve ordered here and they added nothing to my coffee. Didn’t discover this til I made it all the way home. Mind you this was during my lunch break, I work from home. So I drive back and get the order corrected. Still forgot to add Carmel to my macchiato. Ordeal took like 40 mins in total. Chick with dyed hair was rude and frantic. Overall just the worst, didn’t even want to waste more time writing this long review but it’s worth you guys knowing that was...
Read moreWell, I need to say that this DD store's lil donut 🍩 holes which It's been a while for me. I was buying them for people I know at this company right (50) assorted of course. I bought (10) of the jelly-filled ones to take home and the jelly-filled ones were completely nasty, and a lil hard.😅 Maybe they were sitting too long I don't know. I mean I downloaded the app and everything public let me tell you they ain't never gotta worry bout me spending my coins or plastic literally up in there. They only take cards. 🤷🏽 There is walk-in and order from a kiosk and drive-up only. I've never experienced a place that does it that way. I guess it may be working for the company. You know what they say, If you build it, they will come.🤷🏽♀️ However, let em keep serving smaller than small donut holes for that price and I'm tryna tell you public it's highway robbery at the DD on Eastern/Flamingo. DD I'ma need for ya'll to do better than damn that. The experience of eating a small hard jelly-filled donut is whack I tell you. They didn't even look like donut holes in the bag, more like lil hard boulders.🤦🏽♀️I'm still mad about that experience.😤 (that could be why they doin' it that way so you cannot look at what you buy right away) I won't let it happen again public. This is the main reason that I do not care to buy any food anywhere and eat in the street. (next time I know what I can do, order something special for the people at a company who are kind to me, from Amazon) I like cooking ya'll. I just figured donut holes for nice people at a company to show my appreciation.🙅🏽♀️I may not go to another DD house. 😕 Naw. I'ma go over off Warm-Springs and see what's up.👀 I bet them rich folks over there ain't got no problems bout the donut hole size or taste.😁 I'ma see 👀 one a deeze days and shout out. I'm so...
