Grand Buffet — Restaurant in Winchester

Me and my mother walked out from all the way over by the old town mall {like a 4 mile walk} to come eat at this place. Being its my mother's favorite food to eat.. So we go up to the bar after being seated very rudely... Thinking we were go to get freshly made food being they just opened at 11am and we came in about 12Noon... Wasn't we fooled the food was dried out and hard as a rock.... So we asked to talk to a manager and when she {wasn't even a manager} came to the table and we very nicely explained the problems we were having ... She rudely told us they were the cheapest in town {Should not matter still should serve good quality food} and if we didn't like it we could go somewhere else... Now we have been coming here every since it open up as Hibachi Grill {WHAT WAS A VERY GREAT PLACE TO EAT}.... And it will be our last time here not coming back and will be contacting health department.... So we paid 31.85 to only get 2 drinks {A MT DEW & SWEET TEA} and food we couldn't...

We just visited here today at 11:30 for Thanksgiving. Everything was fresh and very flavorful. I tried a little bit of everything. They had frog legs, crawfish, squid, and more specialty items. The lo mein was a little lacking in flavor, but it would be a great option for a picky kid. The chicken and broccoli, and the chicken on a stick were all tender and very flavorful. Plantains and egg roll were great. They had so much it was hard to know where to start, so we just jumped in. Word of advice, take very small portions. Our plates quickly filled! The sushi was pretty good too. We did not get to try the hibachi or ice cream bc we were too full. The staff were all very courteous and kind the entire time. Really cool fountain with koi fish inside....

Just went there for lunch with my daughter and two grandsons to have lunch. The first problem was when I was eating a mushroom I ended up spiting out a big piece of black plastic. Gave it to the server and told the manager and she pretty much wanted to keep telling me that it was in the mushrooms. The second problem was that the food was ice cold and had no flavor what so ever. I informed the Manager that I wasn't paying for something that I couldn't eat and that had foreign objects in it, she then proceeded to tell me that if I couldn't afford it then she would comp it. After asking me to pay for only the drinks she then tried to charge my card for the full amount. I will never eat at this nasty disgusting unprofessional...
