I took my kids, as they were looking to buy a couple of games. The guy that was working that night did ask if we needed help, but when my daughter asked about a game he responded in a demeaning tone, that he does not play Xbox one. After they had selected a couple of games and a controller we headed to the check out, while the same gentleman was ringing up the games he commented to my son that the game he was paying over $25 for, he could have gotten for $3 because of a glitch yesterday. This made me upset and you could tell the son was sad that he missed out, especially since he was using his own hard earned money. Please train your staff on customer service and tact while speaking with you customers. If I could rate lower, I would. I came into this gamestop in march to change my phone number and address on file and they repeated my information back to me and "imput it in the system". I then preordered the Tears of the Kingdom console and Amiibo to be given to me on release date. After receiving no call i called in to check to see if they had my preorder ready.

When I called the day after the release, the man on the phone argued with me about the fact that I had already tried to change my number. I went in that day to verify, only for my console to have been sold because they never change my number on file. They sited the 48 hour rule for why they had already sold my console, but the game came out on the 12, not when they got the consoles in. I will most likely never ever shop at GameStop ever again after this experience. Fix...

Here's a pretty standard GameStop, so visitors should know what to expect upon entering. Similar to other stores, the focus here is on current-gem gaming, with a fair-sized stock of last-gen titles. Boxed last-gen consoles are available for purchase and are fairly priced. A display case for handheld consoles for sale is also present. Not too many are in it, although PlayStation Vitas are actually stocked for those searching for one. Present at the time of this review, a Switch demo kiosk is available for play.
