me and my family just had a horrible experience today at McDonalds. We go to the drive thru and order two kids meals and a $5 bag meal to feed our for kids. As we’re ordering the $5 meal we tell them we want a double cheese burger with only ketchup and a sprite he says it back to us and we go to the next window to pay for it. So we had for got my sons ice cream so while were paying we tell the guy can we pay for an ice cream he says yes. Then we go to the window we grab our food but the nuggets and fries are missing so we ask about them and the ice cream. So a girl comes and brings us a ice cream with barely any ice cream in it so we were confused we tell her that’s not what it’s supposed to look like she goes to bring us another one. And she calls the manager Maribel isn’t the name they gave me. And she says we got what we payed for I’m like no we didn’t so we give her the receipt and she looks at it and she says you ordered two happy meals, a double cheeseburger and a Sprite. I said we ordered a A five dollar biggie bag and she said I don’t know what that is and I said the five dollar thing she says we don’t have that on the menu and I say yes you do. We literally literally ordered it. I said bring the guy back over here and he could tell you that we ordered the $5 meal. Then she’s proceeds to say well you didn’t order it cause it’s not on your receipt and I said ma’am, we asked for that we gave him the money. He read it back to us so then now she starting to get irritated and she says you’re gonna have to pay for it and I said we have no problem with paying for it so then she just stares at us and doesn’t tell us the difference of what we have to pay. She just tells us we need to pay for it, so we’re like OK we can pay for it. How much is it she goes and she says you want stuff for free like we’re so confused because we literally ordered that initially. So she brings the cashier guy that we spoke to over the speaker and he tells us yes you did order it but she said double cheeseburger instead of a Mc double and I’m like what’s the difference and he’s like but that’s not what it’s called. It’s called a Mc double and that’s in the five dollar bag so we’re like it doesn’t matter at this point can we just pay the difference? The guy tells us do you have three dollars we’re like yes we have three dollars. Here’s the three dollars. It was so unprofessional to escalate at this point. And at the same time, she’s telling us that we didn’t pay for the ice cream that that ice cream isn’t ours and the drive-through guy confirmed it with her because she never mentioned it again but She told us we needed to leave the line because she was concerned about the people that was behind us in the drive-through line instead of helping us out, she only cared about the people and told us that we were basically...
Read moreI'm going to sound like everyone else complaining but oh well lol. Here we go : I was excited to go to McDonald's without any kids .I just wanted an ice cream cone and they didn't have it. The person taking my order was rude from the first second but there was a line so I get it. My husband suggested he'd like a quarter pounder meal and I order it for him and I order a strawberry cream pie just to have something sweet. Dude tells me the total and to move foward to pay. We waited however x amount of minutes sounds long enough to be annoyed (I didn't check the time) Finally paid for my order and I say thank you to the employee taking my money, thinking he's probably had a long day. Anyway dude just slammed the window without saying anything. Moving on I get my order I tell the girl who handed me the food thanks to which she replied you're welcome. I got excited because it was the first instance of kindness in this visit lol. Anyways the food was cold. (Heard didn't try it myself) the dessert was trash. It was so old 😪 I think I left it in the back of the freezer back when I worked there as a teenager. Anyways . I'll probably be back because I'm a fat lazy POS who is addicted to horrible franchise foods. 🙃 What can you do besides waste your time to write an extensive review for absolutely no reason. So yeah that's the end of this review. Save yourself the trouble and just cook something at home . (This is my own personal advice to my future self.) Moral of the story is junk food is bad for you so you shouldn't be frequenting this establishment anyways. But than again do whatever makes you happy even if that means eating tons of empty...
Read moreNot enough staff. Drive thru was jammed up to the street. So I went inside. No one was inside except for maybe 3 employees. I only wanted a small soda and they had me wait in my vehicle and they works bring it out to me. So I had to wait, for a small soda. Didn't even order food and there was still a long wait. Kinda disappointing. Felt like the lady waiting on me could have been able to help makes things faster but she could barely make proper change and not fast because her fake nails were about two inches long, which slowed her ability to do her job properly. I am certain if she were less worried about breaking one of her fake bright pink and two inch long nails and more about helping her co-workers get caught up. I would not have had to wait in my vehicle for A SMALL SODA. Wish they'd bring back the ability to get my own drinks if they are gonna make me wait so long for something so simple. Care more about your job and less about your fake nails, or find a job that you don't need to use your fingers for, because your fake nails are making things slow for customers. If you can't do your job properly, time to think about losing those Frito chip looking, neon pink colored work place wasters that slow you down so much. I would not care you had such long nails if they didn't obviously inhibit your ability to perform your job properly. Just like If my bangs were so long I couldn't see well enough to do my job, maybe it would be time to cut my hair.... Maybe it's time you get shorter nails so you can make proper change quickly and move faster in general which I'm sure your coworkers would surely...
