McDonald's — Restaurant in Winchester

I usually eat food from this place but only to take away. On this occasion my children wanted to have a pleasant moment at the place but it became a nightmare when we sat down to eat, we had to move three times but still we could not eat in the place. There were too many insects everywhere they didn't let us eat that even my child got desperate and started screaming and telling me mommy let's go. These insects usually appear due to lack of cleaning. I am very sorry that this is happening in this place since it is a place very frequented by many people since it is very accessible. I hope this problem is resolved very soon.

Usualmente consumo alimentos de este lugar pero solo para llevar. En esta ocasión mis hijos querían tener un momento placentero en el local pero se convirtió en una pesadilla cuando nos sentamos a comer, nos tuvimos que mover tres veces pero aún así no pudimos comer en el lugar. Había demasiados insectos por donde quiera que no nos dejaban comer que hasta mi niño se desesperó y comenzó a gritar y decirme mami vámonos. Estos insectos aparecen usualmente por falta de limpieza. I'm going have to give this place 3 stars. I work here and I see reviews of people complaining about waiting or seen other customers getting upset or frustrated over things related to that it's not really easy to be fast and accurate all the time since we are understaffed and have people quitting. We also need to do online food delivery orders alongside which can make it more difficult during busy or peak times.

The managers are generally pretty nice though at times they can get upset or whatever it happens. It is a bit unorganized and management can be better. One of main reasons why I'm giving this 3 stars is because of some of my coworkers who are fun to work with otherwise it's a pretty boring job that can be stressful though who can blame people for not wanting to work at fast food? They do try here and that is what matters believe me every employee does care about what you get and such even though they may not show it. Though please do not be rude or aggressive to people at drive-thru or front-line it is really annoying simply be polite and they will be more willing...

One of the managers at this location is the worst! They treated me and another customer ahead of me like a burden. It was 10pm when I arrived nobody acknowledged I was there until 10:22 , at which time the manager in question was making a frozen drink, I asked " Is this how you treat all your customers?" She responds with " I said I would be right with you" . I challenged her version of events and said "nobody said a thing to me". Anyways, I wait until almost 10:30 and she stands at the register with her hands on her hips with this attitude, I asked if she was ready, she says " I'm standing here arent I" i said "are you kidding me right now" and she told me to leave. At the end of the day this woman just wanted to go home. If thats the case then stop serving customers at 10pm. Furthermore, if you dont like people ( which you clearly dont, nor know how to deal with unhappy customers ) then dont take a job that requires good...
