Iām giving 5 stars to the young cashier who took my order through drive thru. She had great customer service. Before driving away from parking lot I checked my order, to see one of my sides was wrong. I get off and go inside and it was nice and clean (never been inside before) i complemented the cashier about the restaurant appearance. Cashier asked what was wrong and as I was going to speak⦠the old white lady (the manager) was telling her ā that was a pickup order, she shouldnāt be going through the order.ā Because I did open the box to show it was wrong but I did not walk in there with attitude or anything. It was the way she saying it that made me look at her look at her like what or who is she talking about. And the poor young cashier looked just as confused as me. So I then tell the young girl āoh it was just one wrong side,ā so I gave her the wrong one and told her what it was suppose to be. At this moment this disrespectful manager started yelling ādonāt take that back from her, just let her keep it.. anyways weāre just going to throw it anyways, just give her what she wanted.ā And the poor young girl looked at me embarrassed and I felt just as bad. As the cashier handed me back the sides, I told her āthank you so much and thank you for your great customer service.ā With a big smile, I hope she knew that was genuine. This womanās management skills that she has, is a reason why places like this canāt keep their staff and their turnover is so bad. Management should never treat their employees like this. And because of the management Iām giving the atmosphere a 1 star. I really hope corporate sees this and investigates. No one, no matter what age should have to be...

Another young crew member approached me and he helped me with a missing cup. And the young man who brought my order out was friendly. Nice job! The manager (Mary) didn't greet me (as she was the one on the register). When taking my order, she looked irritated. I ordered two meals, a spicy chicken sandwich, and an 8 piece nugget at $38.39. Mary only gave me one cup and walked off. She was standing literally like 10 feet away from me and never acknowledged me. She was standing in the kitchen, chit chatting with the crew, laughing and sharing a beef jerkey stick while on the clock in front of customer service view. A crew member dropped a white container on the floor and placed it back on the assembly table instead of the sink. There was no sweet tea in the lobby, a few tables needed cleaning and the parking lot needed attention. I went to the drive thru and placed my order in about a minute or so. I was hoping the chicken wouldnāt be coldā¦It was fresh, hot, and was everything I couldāve asked for. I got the 18 piece mixed with two large sides and 8 biscuits. The two sides (mac and cheese/ mashed potatoes) were filled nicely and tasted incredible. The biscuits were so warm and fluffy. They gave me the perfect amount of hot sauce and honey. Everything was great this visit.
Edit: I went back Nov 24 at around 7 pm and bought a 12 piece mixed. The chicken was soggy and 5 of the 12 pieces were missing skin (it was on the bottom of the bucket) I donāt know what happened but temper your expectations ppl.
