Nice place. HOWEVER, on Saturday 03.22. 25 and Friday 03.21.25 Camila was very rude. I will ONLY dine out with a select few , since, I am a picky eater. I do not eat leftovers. Thefore, I specifically require that my food is made to order.
On 03.21.25 I ordered fresh made chicken wings, which THEY were NOT....my husband and son enjoyed theirs , however I called BM to get mine replaced (sorry Bill Millers).* I am ALWAYS sure to return the food Im replacing so that it is clearly noted that free food is not goal. I return the following day on my way to the park , with my Grandgirl in tow. I order and pay for my granddaughter a order of chicken. I stated to Camila that I have a redo and I'd like an additional order, I pay for THE additional order. I realized that Camila is the same *sour face with an attitude from the night before. A young lady brings me my redo order and Camila says "Wait, it was only one order. (I'm holding the order I payed for)" Me and the other employee look and say "yes, ?!" Camilla say's " but , she only replaced one ?!" I say "yes ,I bought one and one was replaced, that equals two, dear." I'm thinking she now recalls the order from the night before ,were I had 3 orders of chicken. So Camila says again "No, she is only supposed to get one order." I turned to her and said, " I paid you for one and I'm due a redo for an order that equals Two orders." Camilla is Still confused. I then realized the bag was large and Camila didn't realize the "better employee" was accommodating my need by giving me a larger bag for both orders, again I'm holding a single order. The better employee says "yes, I have it." clearly understanding the assignment and what Camila is implying . I spun the bag around so that Camila could see that I was only getting ONE order replaced. She replied "I was only asking". I replied " yes. I know you asked 3 times. That's why I'm showing you,,,are you ok ?!" I was the only one of my household members that was unhappy with the food,,,,this is why I ONLY needed one order replaced . I was offered the entire order be replaced, however, I didn't accept since I recognize that I am a picky eater. Me being a picky eater does not constitute all of the food being replaced. Their are some of us that merely want what we pay for. CAMILA, FREE FOOD IS NOT THE GOAL. Some like myself prefer quality over quantity. Although I was inconvenienced ,plus, going to bed hungry, despite requesting FRESH FOOD, not reheated food. ... I act in good faith. "I refuse to accept more than I've paid for." Read moreIm changing my review to a one and Ive removed my previous post. The service trough the drive trough was absolutely horrible. Its 10-31-2024. They were not that busy. I went trough drive trough and place my order of 2piece all white please add brest and with fries and a jalapeno and tea with no ice. Then I ask to place a different order of 4piece tenders with gravy and with fries and jalapeno and put in separate bag.
Then the order is reapeated to me. So I drive up and I get my order and I ask if everything was in my order they responded yes...so I drove off and then I said to myself no I dont think my order was correct.. And Nope!!! It was not correct and didnt have the chicken breast I asked and not only that they forgot to give my gravy. Everytime here lately that ive been there trough that drive trough . My order is never correct and they way they bag the food is horrible!!! Im paying almost 12 dollars for 2piece chicken with fries and drink and it looks like a small portion of fries??? Im not one to complain and 95 percent I usually leave good reviews.. well not today !! This has to come to somebody attention. Please dont be throwing peoples food like the bag is already looking like of it belongs in trash when handing it to people . I’m not sure if she doesn’t listen, or is hard if hearing, or what. But multiple people were having to repeat their order to her. People were leaning over the counter to be closer to her. I was not going to do that. So after having to say everything twice, half way through my order I started speaking louder and clear. I was not being rude or anything, I just didn’t want to repeat everything. I could tell immediately it irritated her. When she gave me my drink, she left it on her side of the counter instead of sliding it across like she did everyone else’s drinks. When she gave me my change and receipt, she just tossed it on the counter, not even half way across the counter. She just sat it down where I had to reach across. When I got my food, the Turkey was really dry, and the fry’s were very undercooked.
When I was leaving, I went to get a refill. She took FOUR people who got in line for refills or to order after I walked up. She saw me walk up, she know I was there, and still took them even when I said something after the second one.
When she did finally get me my refill, she filled the cup all the way up with ice even though I asked for no ice.
Food is meh for Bill Millers, service is horrible from what I saw. Definitely won’t be returning to this location of this is how the staff...
