Id like to express my disappointment with the service I received at this location. When I called just a few minutes before arriving to confirm they were open, the employee who answered the phone had a video playing loudly in the background, which came off as unprofessional. Upon arriving, I encountered the same employee a shorter woman with short black hair who seemed unaware of the Nurse Week promotion I was asking about. Her video was still playing loudly, making it very difficult to have a clear conversation. Overall, the interaction felt inattentive and dismissive. I hope management can address this and provide better training on customer service...

Wonderful location and service! The ladies in the morning are always a delight and super friendly and professional. Donuts are always great, but sometimes they don't have as much selection once noon nears, though that is to be expected since they get most of their business in the morning. Ordered 4 plain glazed. I was in a rush to get back home so I didn't check the bag( didn't think I had to for such a simple order. I get home and see the woman gave me only 3 donuts and one of them I didn't even ask for. I call 4 times and nobody picks up. I drive back to the location and the door is locked with no one inside a whole HOUR...
