I’m editing my review and putting it back to 5 stars because an employee named Dylan was very kind and quick to address my issues and has completely fixed the problem to where I can now get my coffee when I need it. My husband and I appreciate you Dylan. Dylan definitely deserves a raise.
I usually love this location, and left a great review before. I sadly had to delete my good review due to the night manger, Chris. I order the same thing almost every night at about the same time, 2 frozen coffees, and for over a year it has never been a problem until now. My husband and I came to this location about a week ago, 20 minutes before they closed and asked for 2 frozen coffees, Chris said it’s their new “policy” that they can’t make frozen coffees 20 minutes before closing, okay that’s weird, but whatever we will come earlier. Last night, we came 25 minutes before closing and I’m assuming Chris wasn’t there because they made our frozen coffees no problem. So tonight we come 30 minutes before closing time and CHRIS says he can’t make them THIRTY minutes before closing. Like dude you said 20 minutes before, now it’s 30 minutes? Plus the other employees literally made them last night no problem. We also heard him tell another customer behind us in the drive-thru that they can’t make lattes either. Read moreThe older manager, Natasha, is about as pleasant as a bad case of gout!! She's rude to both customers and employees alike. She's very controlling and aggressive, and very obviously hates her job, employees and community! She overcharged me for my iced coffee refill and got angry when I asked about the price. In the end, I paid more to refill a Dunkin Donuts mug than I would have if I had bought TWO large cold brews!!! After holding up the line for approximately 10 minutes and irritating the other customers waiting behind me, (I felt bad for them as they were going to have to deal with her too) I gave up and paid the outrageous bill and left her store... FOR GOOD! Upon getting into my car I tasted my coffee and found that not a single aspect of it was right!! I'm so glad that she's as controlling as she is though, because had she let the nice, friendly, personable and smiling young lady (Lindsey P) that started making my coffee finish it, it almost certainly would have been correct!! All said and done, I basicly wound up with an $8 mug of ice, a pound of sugar and 10 ounces of the weakest coffee ever!
