Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Windsor

We ordered pizza for my birthday and what a HUGE mistake this was!! My husband had to ask for someone else when he first placed the order because the woman on the phone was extremely rude and short . Then when it was delivered , not only was the order wrong , the pizza was hard as a rock and dripping with grease . We called to ask them to remake the pizzas with the correct crust (they gave us thin and we ordered pan) and also the correct toppings . The first person who answered the phone was apologetic and said she would get her Manager on the phone to retake the order . The Manager (her name was like Anazara) got on the phone and immediately started yelling at me telling me my order was correct and said that she was the one on the phone with my husband earlier . This totally made sense because she must treat all customers like that and that was why my husband had asked to speak to someone else in the first place . I explained that our order was not correct because the toppings we were wrong , the crust was wrong, and the pizza wasn’t even edible with as hard and greasy as it was . She continued yelling at me and I told the “Manager” that she should take a lesson from her employee who answered the phone because no paying customer should be screamed at , or treated so rudely . Dominos is making a HUGE mistake by letting this woman represent their company . I’d be surprised if anyone comes back after interacting with this nasty woman . My husband and I own the largest body shop in Northern Colorado and I would NEVER let any of my staff talk to , or disrespect any of our value able customers the way she did (again her name sounded like Anazara? Im on my way now to the store to throw their cardboard , caked in grease pizza back in their face and to meet with this nasty woman face to face so I can get a refund since we paid with cash . Good luck Dominoes , you’re going to need it with someone so rude and ignorant running your store !!! Rudest assistant manger. Her name is kaylani. Order didn’t start until 30 mins after ordering it but she told the app that it was started. 4 mins left on the pizza to be done so I went up to pick up my order, but she tells me she just started making it and that i should have ordered it yesterday. It was only 7 medium pizzas… A Dude placed an order while I was there for 4 pizzas and it was done when i got my food which was placed 30 mins prior. I had to miss part of my son’s birthday and people had to wait on me to eat because of her negligence. My wife had to stress and decorate by herself and drive up here to dominos just to get the decorations out of my car for the birthday party. She at first refused to give me her name and said i can only talk to her only. Then after 5 mins of arguing with a child manager she said i can call at 10 am for the manager tomorrow and said if i think shes not nice then wait until i talk to the manager. Wouldn’t doubt if she spit in my food…If the GM doesn't do anything resolve this matter i will be taking it further. Maybe hire a manger who knows how to manage a store because I've been to this location a lot since moving here 3 years ago and have never felt so much insult as I felt today and could see that she thinks she can do what she wants by the way...

This is a smaller store in a great location at the edge of Windsor. The employees are very friendly and eager to help the second you walk into the store. The quality of the food is always up to Domino's standards of almost perfect. The spacing of the toping and the even coating is always perfect. One thing I did notice but didn't mind as much was the use of swearing. I understand that employees will inevitably grow bonds with one another and personal use of such words is by right 100% allowed. With that being said, some people may not appreciate the use of such words intentions aside. The interactions between co-works appeared to be family like which I can always appreciate. I have been a food service worker with a multitude of years of experience under my belt. I have seen plenty of individuals who do not necessarily seem like they enjoy their job but that cannot be said about these workers at this particular location.
