Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Windsor

Poor customer service. Walked in and hadn't been here before so we stood waiting for our order to be taken and watched them make like 10 pizzas and no one helped us or guided us. I finally asked if they were going to help us soon or if they had too many pizzas to make. One lady said "kind of". Then another lady jumped in and said oh! You need your order taken? I'm sorry I did not know you needed your order taken. Why would we be standing there for 15 minutes if I didn't want my order taken??

Okay maybe we pre-ordered a pizza... but why would you not check in with us then??

Also one guy making your pizzas had so much hair all over that you couldn't even see his face.. that is gross and I am sorry. What is the point of a hat if your hair is everywhere? Does not make me want to come back here soon. Usually I LOVE papa...

Ordered an XL NY pepperoni pizza. I request she leave the zesty herb mix off. She said she cannot modify the pizza in any way. She then made the pizza and said "I left it off, but don't be surprised if they say no next time."

Not that it's any of her business, but my husband and I suffer from severe heartburn and my husband can't handle red pepper flakes or he's suffering all night from reflux. What if someone has food allergies? They could end up seriously injured or in the hospital.

I understand "not being able to change" a featured item, however, I was asking her to omit something, not add it. Not being able to omit an ingredient is bad business practice.

Aside from this sour experience, the food is always great (except when it gives my husband heartburn all night.)

I ordered two pizzas tonight for their buy one get one special. Got them home and they were less than expected. Possibly because it was a special so they put less ingredients on it. When I walked in, nobody acknowledged me there was one order in one of the two empty racks sitting in the lobby, the rest of the pizzas were piled up, either on the corner of the counter or along the glass where they make pizzas I asked if they could help me find mine took them a minute to locate. It was in the one of the piles. I didn’t see an adult. Our cowboy pizza had eight pieces of pepperoni on it. The chicken bacon artichoke pizza had seven pieces of chicken and five pieces artichoke & cheese was really lacking on that one. Over all...
