I am extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism and customer service exhibited by the owner operator of this establishment. My car was dented by unsecured breadbasket on January 9th. The baskets toppled over into the drive through and resulted in two dents in the passenger side rear door of my automobile. I reported the accident to the manager, Destinee Harmon. We exchanged phone numbers and I was told that she would report the incident to the owner. To date I have spoken with Ms. Harmon and an another assistant manager, but have yet to speak with the owner of the restaurant. When asked Ms. Harmon replied that the owner had tried calling me and could not reach me. There were no missed calls, voice messages nor texts left to help resolve my issue. I took the liberty of getting a quote from a reputable body shop at the Turnersville auto mall. I submitted the the quote to the manager, Ms. Harmon. She took it and said she would pass it on to the owner. and that they still needed to complete their investigation. As of March 22 I still have not heard from the owner about my issue. I have done everything that I could think of to resolve this matter amicably. However, I have to consider that my complaint is simply being ignored. The quotes for the damage to the car is less than $200. I honestly don’t understand why McDonald’s has not attempted to rectify this matter with me. It’s gross to me that as a long time customer of this establishment that I am being treated so poorly. If I were responsible for damages to someone else’s property I would do the right thing. Why is it so difficult for McDonalds to take responsibility for its mistake? I may never recover the money for repairing my car, but I will not be patronizing this McDonalds again.

⭐️-Most McDonald's are all the same-⭐️ This one is NOT, and it's for the wrong reasons. - On 9/12/24 I ordered a #3 (Dbl Qtr Pndr Meal), and a McChicken from the inside counter. ☆- As usual, I had to wait for 13 minutes before someone came to the counter to take my order, all the while employees kept walking right by me. ☆- The woman who took my order was mechanical in her demeanor, and mumbled so I could not understand her. ☆- It took 45 minutes to get my meal, and by the time I got it the fries were cold and mushy, and the burgers looked like someone sat on them. ON THE OTHER HAND... ★- The drive thru window line was really long, and they kept the long line moving with practiced proficiency. (They obviously see the Drive Thru as the priority) ★- The inside of the building was immaculate, including the Men's Room. ★- I was impressed by all the ways, thanks to modern technology, that you can order McDonald's foods and have it delivered to you. ♿️- There was plenty of parking, and room for lift-equipped vehicles to park and unload. There were no stairs to climb, wheelchair accessable seating at the dining room tables, but the entrance doors were NOT automated. ALL TOGETHER... I would NOT recommend coming to this McDonald's, and ordering from the inside counter. It was obvious that the Drive Thru, Uber eats, Grub Hub, and the "Order Ahead" customers will take priority over you in both service and food quality.

If I could give this location no stars I would. I never have a good experience here. I came inside because the drive Thru was so long. I have been waiting over 15 min when No1 was in front of me ordering. I was getting my son his drink when the drive thru worker came and rudely cut in front of me while filling his cup. Not one employee has a name tag in here. That must be not to identify the poor customer service. I know fast food sucks I worked at McDonald’s for 7 years. This is unacceptable. No1 keeps you informed of anything here. The only nice employee is running for the front line and overwhelmed while the cashier just stands there instead of helping get orders out. I am watching numerous bags sit on the counter full of some parts of the order get cold. In the end I waited 35 minutes for a 6 piece nugget kids meal. When I asked how much longer it was going to be the manager who was standing there just said oh sorry. When I worked at McDonald’s if there was a wait you were compensated. The customer service here is so terrible. The time you wait the employees should at least be somewhat friendly. My sons food was cold as well! After 35 minutes it should of been hot. I hate this location. The leaders here should feel like failures and need some better training. Go to Mc U in Norristown please.

If I could give this location no stars I would. I never have a good experience here. I came inside because the drive Thru was so long. I have been waiting over 15 min when No1 was in front of me ordering. I was getting my son his drink when the drive thru worker came and rudely cut in front of me while filling his cup. I would’ve never even considered rating a McDonalds, as my standards are low to begin with. However, this McDonalds makes all the others look like upscale 5* establishments. First off, I waited in the drive thru line for 20 minutes, which was fine, as I considered they’re probably short staffed like anywhere else. I get to the second window and like everyone else, I’m directed to park in the lot. I sit and wait for another 20 minutes when a worker asks if I’m waiting for food. He asks what I ordered, I give him the receipt and he says they’re out of double quarter pounders and if I want a refund or a replacement sandwich. I tell him a Big Mac is fine. So he says ok, no problem, and proceeds back in the restaurant (can anyone explain what a quarter pounder would have that differs from a Big Mac?) Another 10 minutes go by, haven’t seen this worker come outside again, but another asks if I ordered a big and spicy, I say no and what items I’m waiting for. She gives a look saying she’ll look into it. Another 10 minutes go by and at this point the parking lot is pretty much cleared out. I tried being patient as long as I could before I went inside. I proceed inside and the 2nd worker who came out that I’m assuming was the manager due to age/uniform, gives me a look like, “oh, do you have her stuff ready?”insinuating she didn’t even ask when she came in. They asked what I ordered, the first worker who came out looks at me and I’m like, “he took my receipt”. So he’s like, “oh snap, can I get another Big Mac like right now.” Meanwhile, I’m standing at the counter for another 5 minutes and I observed that they weren't short-staffed in the slightest. They had at least 8 workers but they were all playing around and conversing with each other on their phones. Some not even working, but behind the counter. After an hour, I finally got my food which was hard as a rock, but that’s beside the point. Whoever manages/runs this McDonalds should be demoted. Never been to a fast food establishment where not only did I have to wait so long, but the workers weren’t competent enough to take orders...

I need to post a reminder in permanent marker on my credit card to AVOID the Sicklerville, NJ McDonald's on Cross Keys Rd in Winslow. It's literally ALWAYS something at this location. I'm not a breakfast eater but my family & I were driving to Baltimore & my husband & kids wanted to stop for a "quick" breakfast. We left with about 30 minutes to spare & decided this McDonald's was on the way right off the ACE. It wasn't the least bit busy so our 1st collosal mistake was placing the order via the idiotic kiosk. It went through & CC showed the charge. I run to the ladies restroom but it was out of TP. I advise the young woman at the counter and asked if she could please let me know once it was replaced so I could go in. I thank her & we sit & wait... 5, 10, 15, 20 minutes. We were chatting & sort of lost track of time. When we saw how late it was getting we finally ask about our order. We show the charge on the CC before anyone could say that the order didn't go through. She said it was being put together so thinking 20 minutes was enough time to replace the TP I go back in the ladies room only to find STILL no TP. Annoyed now I go back to the counter clerk to ask her about it & her response was oh sorry, we're out. Really? We were sitting at the 1st table by the registers and she couldn't be bothered to tell me this??? After 10 more wasted minutes of no food now we were running late & we ended up cancelling our order, getting a refund &...
