I signed up for the Digital Dozens Fundraiser. My school has been extremely enthusiastic and supportive, so they bought donuts. They were even more motivated to help out because it was Krispy Kreme. However, when it came time to make my purchase for the donuts, I stumbled upon a technical issue. It has been difficult resolving this issue. As you can see this has been an ongoing issue since the middle of October. I've tried using my business card and even my personal card, but I keep being told that there is an issue with my address. It seems to me that there is an issue on the tech side, because there is no way that I can get my home address wrong especially since I've been frequently using the same information on other websites for different purchases. I have not been able to speak with anybody directly aside from Sheri who has been responsive, but unable to assist me in resolving my issue. Not because she is incapable, but because Krispy Kreme it has not responded in a timely fashion. I have several people asking me about their donut order... And I keep telling them it's coming. I'm afraid that this experience will deter them from supporting our school with any future fundraisers. I am beyond frustrated and beyond disappointed with the way my issue is being handled and the lack of attentiveness to my problem. The alternative solution is for me to go into the local store and arrange something with them, however it does not seem as though it will be a sure thing since I will have to speak to their respective manager in order to work something out. I don't want to have to bargain for something with an independent location when - to my understanding- these Dozens have already been promised to me at a certain rate when I signed up for the digital dozens fundraiser. I am so frustrated that I even want to directly email Mike Tattersfield via LinkedIn. I am so frustrated that I even want to go on Twitter so I can get his attention. Our team works so hard and I promise them donuts with this fundraiser. In the next week, I will update my experience with this and how Krispy Kreme has resolved my issue. Until then, my review is this: don't participate in this fundraiser if you want to maintain integrity with your clients who are waiting for their product.

If I could give you all zero stars I would! There's NO WAY in purchasing doughnuts from you all since I've been a child that these doughnuts are worth what you're charging.. all of us "faithful" customers are still buying but trust me! It's not at the rate of how we used to.. I can tell you when they went up to over $10 a dozen something was said but the fact that they're now $15 for a dozen in store(plus tax) and almost $18 on the app is simply highway robbery.. I went to get some today because of the 1/2 off chocolate special but you have to purchase a dozen at $16 FIRST.. KNOWING that's more than it actually costs.. tally it all up, you took $8 of for the discount and put it RIGHT BACK ON with the fees 🤔 what's the point?! And when you offer the $7 or $8 dozen deal you CAN ONLY PURCHASE ONE DOZEN?! GET REALLLL!! From now on I'm telling everyone who'll listen.. just go to your local mom and pop bakery for a GOOD dozen or settle for Dunkin at least the coffee's real good over there.. this is crazyyyyyy and don't even start on your so called "fundraising" deal.. just a travesty. And you know corporate doesn't care because these prices increase every 3 months.. there's no way powdered sugar, flour and grease have gone up THAT MUCH! flour's the cheapest it's ever been and so is powdered sugar! With the money you save, getting a bigger quantity of grease is nothing!.. I can tell you now.. wayyyyy more stores will be closing soon.. and you can keep all of those "themed doughnuts" focus on getting the original right first THEN branch off.. quit trying to keep up with trends and stay focused on consistency and durability.

So I live out in a rural area, pretty far from a city center. I had found memories of hot and fresh Krispy Kreme doughnuts as a child and now that I am a parent I wanted to share that experience with my daughter. So I worked from 7A to 4P, got off work, got my daughter, and started our hour long trip to our nearest store to arrive for the 5P to 7P doughnut making hours listed on the website. Arrived at 5, but no fresh doughnuts. I said no worries, they are probably just getting ready to start soon. I told my daughter it would be worth the wait, an experience to remember. I waited at the store for an hour and a half... At 6:30 I finally asked the guy if they were going to make any doughnuts. He said no, they were done for the day. I asked if they had the Dr. Pepper doughnuts that my wife had asked for. Nope out of those, I only have what you see. Well there isn't anything, so 2 dozen glazed. $34... I had a coupon so I only paid 16.50 or so. The 24 glazed doughnuts I received were stale and cold. I would be surprised if they were even made that morning. Which is crazy, because my local Casey's gas station makes donuts daily, during the times they say they are making donuts, and they cost 1/2 the price. I took my daughter on a 4 hour road trip for stale donuts and had her ask if we could just go to Casey's instead. And I certainly will moving forward. Thats the problem with nostalgia, sometimes its better as a memory. 0/5 - I wont do this again. Ever.

On 11/19/2017 at approximately 8:45 pm my daughter and I visited this location. The manager was mopping the floor at the side entrance and there was no Wet Floor sign at the door. As we carefully tipped across the floor, she looked up at us with a look of disgust, and continued to mop. Once we reached the counter, another employee was there, and she didn't greet us either. One other employee finally came over. I explained to her I received an offer on the Krispy Kreme app stating if I redeemed points from 11/19-11/21 I would receive a Bonus offer for a $4.99 Original Glazed Dozen next week. The other employee that didn't greet us initially acted as if the offer wasn't valid, and walked away. The employee assisting us stated she would try to see how it worked.

The manager finally came up and told me that they don't have anything to do with the apps offers and they don't honor anything like this. This promotion is connected to the Panther's Scored! Promotion; I'm sure the Carolina Panthers Organization would be thrilled to know Krispy Kreme is telling customers they won't honor their app offers! I have earned enough points to redeem a dozen of doughnuts of any kind, and wanted to use them to purchase a dozen birthday cake doughnuts. They were advertising it but did not have any available at the window nor in the main case. I was forced to use the redemption for glazed only. I asked for the name of the general manager. The manager gave me the name, smiled, and walked away. She didn't apologize or anything.

The young lady that helped us was really friendly. As we were leaving, a Latino couple came in. The manager smiled, greeted them, and told them the doughnuts were so good, they would melt in their mouths, so this shows she does know how to treat people in a humane manner. Unfortunately she chose not to do so in our case.

As the wife of a disabled Gulf War Veteran, it's unfortunate, my daughter and I were subjected to such poor unprofessional service. Krispy Kreme solicited the support of the community to support the food bank, without our support, your doors would be closed, and the employees...

I bought 4 dozen donuts this morning in Hickory, NC (2 dozen assorted and 2 dozen glazed) with 96 oz coffee to give to my work crews at three locations. When I went to give them out, I discovered Krispy Kreme gave me 1 dozen assorted and 3 dozen glazed. I called to complain and they said I had to bring the donuts back to exchange if I wanted what I ordered. I'm angry because now the donuts are for lunch and I had to drive across town an extra time. These guys dont want donuts for lunch. I was so irritated that I had to take the donuts back for an exchange, I just told the manager I didnt even want the donuts. They could just keep them and give me back my money. I mean, who wants donuts for lunch. They're so damn worried about getting back their donuts for a one-for-one exchange, they can just keep em. I'll get donuts from the grocery store. Maybe they can get my order right. I've been buying a lot of donuts, six dozen in just this past week, plus the 96 oz coffees. I'm done. I wont be back. Get all damn cheap with me and want their donuts back for an exchange when they screwed up the order! They could have apologized and said, hey just keep the wrong ones and when you come back we'll give you the extra assorted dozen you already paid for. That would have gotten me back to buy more donuts. Instead, they wanted their damn donuts back and I had to drive back across town. That's three work crews that wont be getting anymore Krispy Kreme donuts. Plus, I'm going to tell everyone I know how damn cheap Krispy Kreme is. Wanting their damn donuts back! I suppose they needed em so they could resell them to some gas station. Learn some customer service! They messed up my order, gave me the wrong donuts, then made it my responsibility to drive all the way back across town so they could make a one-for-one swap. That is wrong on so many levels. Yes, I believe I'll take my...
