Bug found in frappe!!! I Ordered through the drive thru yesterday. A Mc Griddle meal with a caramel frappe with espresso and extra caramel to help dilute the espresso. I was on my way to work and enjoyed the food and unbeknownst to myself I was drinking my coffee. I didn't notice anything odd until I was scraping the caramel off the sides and saw two black spots that caught my eye. First I thought nothing of it until I said wait I didn't order chocolate or anything black that was supposed to be in there. So I immediately stopped and manage to scrape one of them out. To my surprise it was indeed a small black bug with golden brownish stripes. I immediately almost started hacking up feeling like something was caught in my throat. I didn't take a picture till after my coworkers were wanting to know what happened. I didn't really want to see it again after realizing what it was. I didn't get the best picture obviously because I was still trying to keep my stomach down. After this I called the restaurant and spoke to a nice lady named Whitney, she seemed like she understood the weight of what I was dealing with once I explained everything. I told her I probably wouldn't of been able to make it back that same day while she was on shift. She seemed to understand and still offered a refund. Fast forward to this morning. I arrived at the McDonald's around 850ish am this morning and asked to speak to Whitney about a bug I had found in my coffee yesterday. The lady then proceeded to tell me she was on lunch and went to find another manager. She then brought one of the managers on shift over and proceeded to explain that I found 'Coffee Grounds' in my coffee. I reiterated the fact that it was indeed a bug to the manager and was here for my refund. She then had the audacity to offer me a remake of it. Which personally I was sickened she would do so after what I found yesterday and secondly I already stated a refund. She then looked at me like I was offending her or that I was lying about my experience. She then walked back to the office and talked to another lady. When she cane back up she gave me $4.25 for my coffee and I left. I did not like that she seemed annoyed with my request or reactions to her help with my situation and I hope this brings awareness to these type of situations.

This was the worst customer service I have ever had in my life at any fast food establishment!! Especially from a manager.
I placed my order and advised the young man that took my order, that I had app coupon for a $1.00 large fry. The young man advised me to show it at the 1st window.
When I pulled to the window, the young lady gave me my total. I showed her the app coupon and she stated that she had already totaled it without the coupon. She stated that I will need to use it on my next visit. I advised her that the coupon would not work after I've clicked on it. I asked to speak to a manager. The manager Juanna came to the window and allowed me to briefly explain my concern. After I explained, she slammed the drive thru window, opened it back up and was talking to the young lady in Spanish. She gave me the difference in change. Her attitude was so horrible. She threw the change in my hand so forcefully, that some of the change fell onto the ground. She grabbed more change out of the drawer and handed my change in a more calm way. I proceeded to the next window.
As I was pulling off, I realized that I did not get a receipt for my order. I asked the young lady at the next window for my receipt. She replied nicely, "They didnt give you one at the first window"? When I advised her that they didn't, she called the young lady at the 1st window for a receipt. The manager Juanna came to the 2nd window, wrote something on the receipt, and handed it to me hatefully. I asked for her name and she gave it to me with an attitude. I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS MCDONALDS EVER AGAIN!!!

Read moreAbsolutely ridiculous after placing an on line order for pick up we arrived outside in designated parking area. Waited for 15mins then entered restaurant to check on orders and was advised SORRY YOUR ORDERS were lost or something happened in the system. The drive thru had approximately 8 vehicles in line and the inside dinning area had 6 customers who had placed orders on the machine inside. 11minutes later oh here is your orders must have been a glitch?! Food was ICE COLD & Drink had melted down ice, along with watered down soda. This isn't the first time for the atrocious management and customer service I consider myself a very respectful and mature adult 60 years old I treated them with the utmost respect was very understanding and all we get is a roll your eyes and things happen you just can't read what you want I asked for a different container of fries and I was advised oh that's going to be another 5 minutes so almost close to 30 minutes for our orders get the food their ice cold and there's a reason why so many folks don't go to that McDonald's the service and management at night time now I remember why I never go there just happened to give it a shot and never can be surprised with just a hot order with what we placed in our order it is terrible I would say ownership and upper management has to be advised of this disgraceful service and marginal food just being honest have a nice...
