Jade Express Winston Salem — Restaurant in Winston-Salem

I have ate at Jade Express multiple times, I enjoy the different food selections. I have not tried their hibachi items yet but I will. Usually I order the general tso or orange chicken combo with noddles or rice. I love those types of chicken and their general tso actually has a little spice to it. I have tried their egg rolls which are good and the crab rangoons are a little too sweet for my liking. And the sweet and sour red sauce is not good to me. Their orangade is very good! Overall I think the food is good. They could work on their customer service, most time they don’t speak when you come in! they don’t engage much with the customers besides “what can I get for you” very bland as if the employees do not want to work! Overall go check them out maybe it was a bad day with customer service...

Jade express quickly became one of my go-to’s for Chinese lol they are similar to Panda Express but better if you ask me. I’ve tried their entree plates, hibachi and crab Rangoon. My only complaint is that they sometimes forget your sauce. I ordered sweet and sour chicken (which was very yummy) but was missing the sweet and sour red sauce! lol that sauce should come with the Rangoon also but never does. I also wish they would incorporate other protein/meat choices on the entree plates bc it’s currently all different types of chicken. If you’re tired of chicken your next best option is the hibachi…at least you can get shrimp and/or steak there.

URGENT ALERT! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! They have horrible customer service. Food was missing, cold, overcooked, and hung up on me when explaining the issue. They didn't offer any solutions, didn't care, and still charged extra for missing ingredients. Kept cutting me off and repeating herself like she didn't want to hear anything else. Just wanted to rush me off the phone and kept saying yeah over and over. I ordered food for staff and myself for our lunch break and was very disappointed. If your an office I would not recommend this place because they will just take the money and treat you horrible and the service will be terrible....
