OMG AMAZE-BALLS... THIS WOMAN NEEDS TO GET A RAISE AND TRAIN THE REST OF THE MCDONALDS EMPLOYEES EVERYWHERE.. We were driving in the snow storm that had dumped about 3 or 4 inches so far. The roads were just starting to get covered in snow so we stopped for breakfast.
The lady inside was super cool and professional. When we got to the drive thru we wanted to add an item and she informed me she wasn't supposed to bc she was the only one working in the whole place and had to go and make the food. I said I would pull back around, but she said it was OK.
She was literally the only employee there. She took the drive thru orders, ( we thought it was a little long of a wait to place order at the drive thru at first, then it made sense when she told us she was the only one who showed up, ) and she made the food, served the food to us at the drive thru.. she had a positive attitude and a smile, and even wished us a happy, and safe trip as we left.
I have been to McDonald's for a long time, and I can honestly say this was the best service and the best food I have ever gotten at any McDonald's anywhere and at anytime. THE FOOD WAS HOT, PERFECTLY MADE, NOT SLOPPY, AND WRAPPED UP PERFECT AND NEAT. All of the extras we asked for were in the bag, and she didn't complain one time. She even apologized about the wait time explaining she was doing her best bc she was the only one there. I didn't get her name and that frustrates me because she needs individual recognition. She was a short heavy set white lady, ( wish I had her name to call corporate and tell them how awesome she was,)... And she was by far the best part of my day. ( I drive 20 hours thru blizzard snowfall to Kentucky for family emergency .. ugh the whole trip sucked big hairy butt cracks, but this lady made me smile even amongst all that, she needs a medal and a raise,)
Take notice guys. This is the type of customer service that creates SUPER LOYALY. If I lived in that area, I would drive out of my way to visit her store to get my food bc of this type of service and food quality. Seriously... I always cast my vote loud and clear with my dollars and you guys should be rewarding her for the type of representation she is giving to your store.

The order taker in the drivethru was less than pleasant and told us to start our order and then hold on once we started and then was very short with us as we struggled to clarify our order as she must have had a very staticky headset.
We didn’t see anyone at the first window and moved to the next. When we tried to pay the woman said “oh we don’t need your card” very condescendingly even though we were trying to pay and explain we missed the first window. She handed us a bag that was not our order and walked away before coming back to ask if there was a problem with our order. We handed the bag back and reiterated we did not pay at the first window when they started to get very defensive and asking “what’s your order and where’s your receipt”. The manager, I suppose (older blond woman), then came to ask what’s your order and where’s your receipt again and we explained we hadn’t paid and didn’t see anyone at the first window. She began explaining to us like we were idiots that we needed to pay at the first window which we obviously were passed. We just kept trying to pay and she just kept explaining we had to pay at the other window. We paid for our food and as we were taking our happy meal the woman was very quick to drop it as we were reaching for it. She then asked us to pull up. By the time the other worker came out to deliver the replacement for the dropped happy meal, my friends daughter is crying in the backseat because of the attitude and tone the woman at the window used towards us.
I understand we missed the window to pay, but we kept trying to pay and explain we understood we missed the window once we got to the second window. I’m sorry but I have worked in fast food for MANY years and this is not how you treat people when a mistake is made. We were not upset until they made us feel like a terrible burden because we simply missed the window. Never again. I will never visit this location again. My friend will never visit it either and his daughter stated after today she never wants to go to McDonalds again - and she was the only reason we went to McDs in the first place. Read moreWORST EXPERIENCE EVER IN MY LIFE!!!!! First, I walked in and there was a 5 PERSON BRAWL!!! SOME KID WAS DRINKING STRAIGHT OUT OF A FOUNTAIN!!! There was a huge puddle of pee covering OVER HALF OF THE FLOR! Thank god I didn't fall on it!! 5 minutes after I walked in a 96 year old women walked in and slipped on the same puddle! The ambulance had to come. Her injuries were so severe... she'll never walk again... she lost her vision... and she never got her chicken biscuit. I waited nearly 4 hours just for them to take my order! Then FINALLY after that 4 hour wait I tried to order a McFlurry AND THEIR MACHINE WAS BROKEN!!! So I went ahead to order something else. A hamburger, fries, and a drink. Classic. But when I got my order... to my surprise and horror... THEY JUST GAVE ME THE BUNS AND LETTUS!!! AND A RAW POTATO..... WHOLE!!! So I went up and asked to get the rest of my hamburger.... but the cashier said they were OUT OF FOOD! FRUSTRATED, I asked for a refund. TERRIBLE SERVICE! When we tried to get the refund for the "burger", Susan smacked me across the FACE with the buns they tried to call a "burger". THEN SHE CHUCKED THE POTATO AT MY 10 MONTH OLD SWEET BABY ANGLE, TOBY! His whole face is dysfunctional! The doctors say he will never fully recover! He hasn't been the same since that day at McDonald's... every night I pray to God to help him. After Susan threw the potato, I asked to speak with the manager. The manager walked out FURIOUSLY!! AND NOT AT THE WORKERS BUT AT US! He said, AND I QUOTE "give me one second. Let me get you what you want". He walked out to the back and came back with TWO KITCHEN KNIVES! He pointed them at me. We ended up walking out without eating.TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Would not recommend to anyone! And If I could give 0 stars I would. God himself has turned his back...
