Sayso Coffee — Restaurant in Winston-Salem

World-class coffee! We travel the country looking for amazing coffee, and this is very high on our favorite list! They have a Slayer espresso machine, which almost guarantees a good shot. The barista was kind and knowledgeable, and a master at making lattes. Latte art was on point (both a swan and a Rosetta on our 2 lattes). Perfect flavor, and while the temp was slightly high, it was still within normal latte limits and very drinkable right away. The location was convenient, and had a ton of seating, tables, and open space. It was bright and airy, and a perfect place to work, hang out with friends, host a Bible study, or play games with family. Or if you’re just passing through, grab a cup, hit the clean, amenity-filled restroom, and hit the road while longing for the day you can be back! Highly recommend and can’t wait to be...

I've been to this location a few times now. The tastes offered by SaySo are a notch (or three) above anything I've tried in the area. I'm excited to try any new flavors and drinks they offer.

Try the Cardamom latte for a high-quality burst of spices in a properly made latte. The balance of flavors and the strength of the latte is dialed in.

Alternatively, I highly recommend the 'sprota,' an espresso, seltzer and golden milk café cocktail. It presents their delicious espresso in a fresh way. The golden milk gives it a variety of flavors.

The owners of this café are clearly passionate about their location and the tastes they offer. It's a high-water mark for coffee...

This place has a special place in my heart as an early introduction to specialty coffee.

They serve good coffee, have all the bases covered and something to offer to anyone. The space is great for work, study, and conversation and socializing. Sayso has lots of events and is invested in the community, so that's great to see in a coffee shop.

Every interaction with the baristas I've had, have been great. And we love to see Black & White served in a shop, they do it justice.

All in all, my favorite hometown coffee shop, and one I make an effort to visit every time...
