Best Visitor's Center! This is the most welcoming, friendly and informative visitor's center I have ever visited. And they have an amazing array of information, brochures and attraction info. A special "new resident" package has been put together for folks just moving, or thinking of moving, here. And, lots of their info has coupons and discounts. What a disappointment. They share all these wonderful places to eat, visit and see and then you go out to find W-S is pretty much CLOSED FOR BUSINESS. Many stores, half the restaurants, everything in Old Salem (except a bakery and small museum) is closed. Save your money and vacation time- spend one day at Reynolda House...
