Arby's — Restaurant in Winter Garden

My family has gone there before but it was my first time there and when I say that I loved the attention there, I mean it! We usually go to the Arby's on Colonial (in Winter Garden), but their service is NOTHING compared to this location's. We will make the drive to this location from here on out. As mentioned earlier, my family has gone here before and they told me that they have amazing Manager-in-training, Mickey, who fills the room with this positive energy. I was lucky enough to have interacted with such an amazing person. Mickey's energy is amazing and it seems as if she is kind with every person she comes in contact with. We were waiting for our food and I could just hear her supporting her employees in the kitchen. She is clearly a great addition to any workplace because of the happy environment she creates for both her employees and customers.

Went in the wash our hands and noticed the bathrooms could be a little cleaner, BUT to be fair, they were in the middle of rush hour when we went. It's great to see them have a lot of guests coming in through the drive-thru and dining room area (nothing compared to the other...

Cant add a new review, had to delete my old one to type this one. So here it goes...a little disappointed here, arbys was nice enough to send me 2 complimentary meal vouchers for the inconvenience I experienced with my meals. I did call back just to confirm it was 2 and if they expire and I was told there are 2 vouchers and I can use them whenever. So basically your telling me they do not expire confirming I can use them whenever. I get the envelope in the mail and placed it on my counter so I don't lose them. It's hard to plan for lunch with my partner when we work crazy schedules and he travels for work. So finally when we both get time off to use them we open the envelope and guess what, only one meal voucher and it expired back in April of 22 even though I was told I could use them whenever. I love arbys and still go, just would have been nice if I was able to receive my 2 meal voucher and told if or if they do not expire. Keep up the good food....bring back the...

manager nancy was very rude… smart mouths customers and gave me attitude because she must be a miserable divorced old woman. started off nicely telling them they gave me the wrong order. she told me to stop complaining about my order which was made incorrectly and to get out. never fixed it or offered a refund. i almost thought about coming here to get a sandwich then remembered how awful my interaction with her was last time

fyi what i ordered was the burger no sauce. it came with sauce so it must be a mistake. all i wanted was my food remade. she said i was so picky and whiny about some little sauce? i didn’t want any sauce. just gloom and misery coming off her
