Visited this afternoon (8/28/2016) and they didn't have any cups for the frozen yogurt, every machine was flashing mix low, and dirty. If a better ice cream store opens in Winter Garden Village this place is in trouble.
This afternoon, I counted four employees but only two where helping customers. As a result, the line was nearly out the door. Looked like the other two employees were simply stocking the toppings. I would give them a pass if this didn't seem to be common issue for this location.

Three of us had fro-yo tonight and they didn't have any sample cups. Instead we had to use a spoon which seemed really weird and just added to the mess at the fro-yo machines.
Finally we had the smallest size ice cream and three fro-yo's and my bill was nearly $17 dollars!
To me this place survives because they are located next to Starbucks and the only alternative is Red Mango which in my opinion has less than stellar service as well. I'd pass on this Cold Stone unless you really have an ice cream or fro-yo craving...
Read moreStopped by cold stone in winter garden village around 5 today, Sunday. Very disappointed. I wanted frozen yogurt from the self serve machines. Many of the machines didn't have anything in them. There were about six flavors shown. Because there wasn't much choice, I opted for the vanilla. Nothing would come out. I then tried another flavor and it came out all runny even after letting it rev up. I was so disgusted at that point I just threw the cup in the trash. With reservation, I ordered creme brulle with berries at the counter. What I got was the consistency and texture of a milkshake. So turned off by the experience that I'm not sure I would go back. Don't know if ownership is cutting costs by cutting corners or the three guys staffing the store just let things go. Sad. Not what I remember cold...
Read moreWonderful way to wrap up our Disney vacation. We went for Starbucks, but they were closed so we went here instead. I wanted something that was Chocolate and Coffee. It was close to closing time but Gabriel the manager welcomed us in and he made me something better than I would have gotten from Starbucks. I ordered a large shake, the size is called "Love It" and I chose the Coffee ice cream. Then I got a free mix-in, which I chose Chocolate Flakes. This was blended so well and smooth that there were no pieces of chocolate viewable but tasted so amazing. For all of you starbucks fans, I challenge you to try this shake. This shake was so perfect and it satisfied my Starbucks cravings. Thank...
