genuinely the worst experience I have ever had in my entire life. disgusting.
I scheduled for a hair appointment over the phone weeks in advance just to make sure I book the right treatment, which was going to be an hour+ and cost $65.
I arrive at the store and talk with one of the stylists (Melissa I think?) and was told to wait 15 minutes, only to then tell me they need to reschedule me for a later date. they said it was hard for them to know which treatment I would need without seeing me personally, which is understandable, but the past last minute cancelation was very frustrating, and I wish they would have just told me they couldnt know which treatment to slot me in for over the phone. I had 2-3 stylists look at my hair before they rescheduled me for the right treatment, which would have been 2+ hours and over double the price at $140.
I get a phone call the day before the new appointment, telling me I was once again slotted for the wrong service and that I need to once again be rescheduled for a service that would take anywhere between 3-5 hours at the price of $140 AN HOUR
Melissa on the phone was giving me attitude and was being extremely unprofessional. offering no compensation and acting as if she was doing me a favor by rescheduling me for a service that would cost me ~9 times the price of the original service!!
I asked why would she reschedule me for the wrong treatment a second time, and she said it was because I didn't ask for a consultation. I told her I was with her face to face in person, and that it should've been enough to know what service would be necessary and she yelled and said "you walked in for an appointment, not a consultation!" as if my hair would've looked any different. what a joke.
I was put on hold for almost 15 minutes and was told the manager would call me back to discuss the issue and possible compensations, but they never did. clearly the manager cares as little as the stylists themselves.
one of the stylists called again and ask if I would like to reschedule and I told them I found a different place instead (A REAL HAIR SALON). still no offer for compensation till...
Read moreI came to this ulta on 6/6 in the evening and when I was being checked out, the sales manager Sam was my cashier. She was very rude when asking for my phone number to look up my account and then made me feel like it was my fault that there were 2 accounts under my name ( this is because the first time one of their associates made me an ulta account they entered my name wrong, i asked them to fix it and I was told that they didâŚ. clearly not.) Anyways, I just thought it was very rude the way that she took care of me and it surprised being that she is the âsales manager.â Everyone else in the store was so nice though! But jeez she was so mean! Absolutely Disgraceful Experience â Again.
If I could give zero stars, I would. This is now my second terrible experience at the Ulta in Winter Garden Village, and at this point, itâs clear that management either doesnât care or has no clue how to train their staff.
Today, I encountered one of the rudest cashiers Iâve ever dealt with. While I was wrapping up a quick call with my father at the register, the cashier felt it was appropriate to interrupt and lecture meâover absolutely nothing. I stopped my call out of respect, only to be told that I âneeded to speak to a manager,â even though I never asked for one. When I politely clarified that I wasnât speaking to her or requesting any assistance, the situation escalated for no reason.
She then refused to give me my receipt, holding it behind the counter and effectively preventing me from leaving the store. What kind of power trip is this? Not only is that unprofessionalâit borders on harassment.
This location clearly lacks basic customer service training and common sense. I shouldnât have to feel like Iâm being punished for shopping here. Ulta corporate seriously needs to step in and take a hard look at the staff and management at this location, because experiences like this are unacceptable and...
Read moreLadies & Gentlemen, just either go to another Ulta or order on Amazon. This has to be the worst Ulta, I have ever seen. Judging from the reviews, I am not alone. So " Owner" that is replying to everyone yet not correcting the issue please skip a response to this post. This is for the consumers that deserve better service some where else. Older lady and I believe her name is Cythina but she had a manager tag on. She had to be the rudest person EVER. No hello, when you are checking out just what's your phone number? I said, I not registered with you all. Next what's your email? Ma'am, I would like to pay and go. Her response: You need to give me one or the other or you will not be able to return anything here. Her body language was awful, I heard her say this same thing to my older sister that check out before me. Unlike he , I choose to leave my $200 plus items on the counter and tell Ms. Rude Manager to enjoy her products and that it a better way to service the public. If she is the manager than I understand the reviews. Being a District manager, this would not fly with me and if she wanted to come from an angle of what is in for the customers, she would probably have better success. My sister ask a young lady with a mic around her a question, first she was rude but change quickly, said she would check about a product and come back to her, if she check on the product my sister was looking for and came back to my sister than the world ended yesterday! Nothing but deplorable attitudes here. I immediately went on amazon and found most of the products were $5 to $10 cheaper. With brick and mortar having issues staying in business interaction like this will not increase loyal customers but decrease. Skip, Skip, Skip...
