Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Winter Garden

I don’t like doing overly negative reviews, but this may be the worst run Chipotle I’ve ever been to, and that is saying something. Today’s experience marks the last time I will be going to this location. It started with our online order being estimated to be ready at 1:10 p.m. We did not receive it until 1:30. And it’s a good thing we did mobile order and then chose to eat inside the restaurant because after they handed us the “completed” order and we sat down, they saw us at the table and then handed us the guacamole they forgot. Then they handed us the orange for the kids’ meal they had also forgotten. Then after that we had to ask for our cups, because they forgot those too. The cups they handed us were covered in guacamole on the inside so we had to ask for new cups. That all was pretty frustrating, but that’s not all! We opened up our containers and realized they had forgotten an entire actual quesadilla, packed the sides and closed up the lid without the actual food. They did immediately remake it for us when we asked, (again, thankfully we stayed because if we had left, we would have found out they forgot our main entree) but then they burnt it.

We were in the restaurant for over an hour, I never saw a single person come to the seating area to clean up anything. The ice was empty when we arrived and never refilled. The garbage and tray tables were never touched. And there were at least two or three stacks of used steam pans on the counter the entire time. There was food on the floor in the dining area the whole time that was there when we arrived and still there when we left...

It's well known in Winter Garden DO NOT order take out from here, no matter how simple an order, they just can't get it right. I was in a pinch with a picky eater nephew who eats like 3 things and requested Chipotle. Next time I will veto. 2 bowls were right (surprise) the one wrong was my nephew's no sour cream and cheese but added salsa which he does not eat at all. It was a terrible 24 hours, nephew's mom is in hospital and had emergency surgery, I've been awake since 230 am when I got the desperate call for help to stay with him. My husband picked up food I ordered to help me out and left since packing up my nephew is an ordeal. Now with the wrong order I had to do the thing I was desperately trying to avoid and now it's pouring rain. Spend 45 mins getting my order fixed. When I get there the girl says no big deal I'll fix it, I'll add cheese and sour cream. I tell her l, no, I need a new one because there's sauce all over the bowl he doesn't eat. She grabs the wrong bowl from me, rolling her eyes with crazy attitude and making some nasty comment to the other girl. I was annoyed and maybe expected some sort of contrition but that nasty attitude is insane. Nice manager, but you need to figure out your takeout team, it's not working. I will never eat...

Very confusing menu board. Extremely difficult to tell what your cost will be. Starts at the top with Chicken. Makes me think I will pay $6.85 each for my Chicken Tacos. I ordered 2, she starts to prepare 3. I had to correct her and she threw away a tortilla. When I got to the register expecting to pay $13.70 plus my drink my bill ended up @ $7.35 including the drink. Turns out the $6.85 is for 3 Tacos!?!? Where is that explained on the menu board? They turned out to be tasty. I asked to speak with the manager, he had little to no people skills. I asked how would I know what I was ordering from the menu board. His explanation made as little sense as the menu board. I then asked him to try and consider the consumer point of view, that none of what he said was stated on that board but before I could finish my request, he interrupted me and talked over me. To which I asked him not to do. His response was typical of an uncivil person, "I'm sorry but I was just trying to explain to you how the board worked." He didn't even realize that he was rude by interrupting me and talking over me. The interior needs a deep clean. Ceiling tiles are discolored from water stains. I certainly...
