Starbucks — Restaurant in Winter Garden

Terrible service and coffee. They are kind of friendly (unfortunately, not as lovely as my old neighborhood Starbucks), but their attention to detail is lacking. Just moved to this side of town and I have tried this place 3x and each time they have gotten my order wrong. But today’s my last day at this location. Today I asked for iced espresso with vanilla cold foam. The first picture is what I got. I told them this looks way too milky. They remade it only for it to look the exact same way. Went to another Starbucks location and asked them to make it .. and it was made how it’s supposed to be. The 2nd photo.. with actual cold foam. This is the only Starbucks in this area other than at target. It’s too bad their drinks are terrible. Please get proper training over...

I've been coming to this Starbucks for a few years now and the service just seems to be getting worse. My last experience was the final straw. I used the mobile order as I do almost every morning, cold brew, certainly not time consuming. I arrived at Starbucks about 15 minutes after my order was placed and per usual it was not ready. As I watched the barista pour my cold brew 1/4 of the way full (venti) and fill the rest with ice. Upon asking if I could have it filled correctly, she replied " we're out, sorry" and gave me an attitude. Between the long waits and the poor attitude of the staff you have lost yet another patron.

Drinks were pretty good, typical Starbucks. Service was not so amazing. I waited several minutes, watching the cashier text, look up and see me, and then go back to the text. She finally sighed and stepped up to the cash register. I almost walked out, but got the coffees and teas anyway because of the cold. Seemed to be some hostility between employees as well. I rarely give a bad review, because we've all had a bad day at work, and we've all made mistakes. But exaggerated sighs and fake smiles take the same amount of effort, and they were far from busy.
