I think that corporate should take their logo back. Something is very, very wrong at this location. You would never guess that it's a real CFA. It used to very busy but in a normal, busy CFA way.
Then suddenly the ability to order ahead went away for a month or two...perhaps new management? We honestly didn't visit in that time, which is a shame for us and them because we're a family with two elementary aged kids and CFA used to be a part of our regular life. I can't deal with not ordering ahead though, so we took a break.
It was so sad because it's the only one anywhere near us and I have relied on CFA as our go-to to-go place for years. Finally after checking the app occasionally, I saw that I could order ahead again! So we placed an order. Rejoicing ensued from my family!
Then I went to pick it up. The parking lot was eerily empty at lunch time. So odd! So very odd. And yet I still waited what felt an eternity for my curbside order. There appeared to be one older lady working that day. There was only a few curbside cars there and she was trying her best, but the zippy staff I associate with all CFA locations seems to be missing. Finally, we got our food and it was just ok. I shook it off and decide to give them a few more weeks to get it together.
Today I just stopped by for an early lunch pickup and we are just done with this location and never going to return. There appeared to be two ladies working curbside service today but oh man, it is slow. Just too slow. I waited over 15 minutes for my 3 items. There were maybe 5 other cars waiting for curbside and the drive-thru was mostly empty with an occasional customer. In hindsight I should have ordered drive-thru, but I had already placed my order for curbside pickup in advance, and typically at CFA I wouldn't want to get trapped in a drive-thru line and curbside is my standard. Not a problem here though, you could drive right up to an associate at 11:30am. We clearly aren't the only customers they've scared off with their poor service.
To add insult to injury, the medium fruit cup I ordered came in a small, clear plastic clamshell, and was barely half full. It was a huge rip-off and again not what I expect. Our nuggets were cold. Stone cold. And half of them were tiny little scrap pieces, not actual nuggets. The long wait, the poor service, the poor product...none of this is what I expect or get from any other CFA and it's not worth my time to return here anymore....
Read moreI've eaten at Chick-fil-A all over the country, and almost without exception, the quality is excellent. I suppose if you eat somewhere specific enough (like this specific restaurant), you are bound to have an off day (or meal, as it were). I've eaten at this location many... MANY times... dine-in, drive-thru, curbside delivery... pretty much all of it, and often.
However... I've begun experiencing something with this store that I haven't elsewhere. I thought maybe it was because it was not lunch or dinner hour, and maybe not as much food went out the door, but it's always busy here... always.
So the issue is that the food is not consistently as good as it once was (over many years). My go-to is the standard Chick-fil-A sandwich... pretty basic. But I've found recently, on more than a few occasions, that the chicken patties seem much thinner... much thinner, or if thick, much smaller, than they've always been, and notably smaller than every other location I go to.
Also, seems like maybe they're using warmers more often during off hours. Enough so that I've gotten into the habit of specifically asking for hot and fresh when checking in with the team at the drive-thru, or at the front counter. It's been about 50/50 over the past year, whether I get the amazing, hot, fresh, juicy chicken sandwich I so love, or what seems like accept warm, much less flavorful - and smaller - chicken patty on a freshly warmed bun, but that chicken... just does not have the same flavor when it's not piping hot and fresh.
Waffle fries... not as bad, but same thing... mostly good, but every now and then, they're serving waffle fries that are just... warm... and not hot and fresh (and it's not like I drive home and then try to enjoy it, I eat right in my car in their parking lot, if not inside). I've gone to the counter inside and asked that they please try again, but most of the time, I'm sitting in my car, and just don't want to get out in the 105 F. heat of summer to deal with going inside, or waiting in the long line at the drive-thru again.

Read moreI am leaving this feedback here in hope to get someone from the upper leadership to take measures to correct the situation at this location. It has been 3 days and no one contacted me to at least refund us the money. On May 23rd I ordered some food for my kids via drive thru. One of the coworkers approached my car and spilled the frosted watermelon mint lemonade over my car window. They come to the car I guess to move faster in the line. The driver seat, door and of course myself got dirty. The lady just brought some napkins, wet wipes and disappeared. I asked the worker to call a manager and obviously she did not do it. Long story short, I managed to call a manager by myself. The manager, Krystal first told me that she would bring me a form to complete about the incident. I had to wait for her in the car for several minutes and then she came with a regular white paper where she wrote some questions - so no form. It was clear how important this paper would be. The manager offered to bring fresh food since during all this incident and everything after took so long that my kid’s food got cold. She brought us “fresh food” with the old receipt on top of the fries. The chicken on sandwich was cut ( I guess to check for the food temperature) and the chicken nuggets and fries were cold. They remade just the frosted drink which was a regular one not the one I initially ordered. I understood that she just brought us the same food back. I contacted the customer care and asked the case to be escalated. My kids did not touch the food since I did not trust what they could have done to it. It was not fresh for sure, even the paper bag was the same. I left the place disappointed and disgusted I will not recommend anyone that specific place due to people who work there and how they handle these type...
