Taco Bell — Restaurant in Winter Garden

Drive thru is always incredibly slow. Customer service inside is absolutely terrible. Super rude lady taking orders. Rudely corrects me when I say an order wrong instead of offering in a nicer way which is infact very easily done. I have gotten wrong orders multiple times. In fact, when I asked for 3 soft tacos with only lettuce, cheese and beef, the cashier told me “so... a normal taco?” In a snarky voice and I said “yes but only lettuce, cheese and beef” and she responded “yea thats what a normal taco is” and I replied “oh ok...” and I looked at my girlfriend to make sure I wasn’t imagining this rude behavior and my girlfriends jaw was dropped and eyebrows raised in which I knew I wasn’t just thinking of the situation wrong. Despite the long talk back and forth about what I wanted on my taco... IT WAS WRONG. I was in absolute disbelief after I had just gone back and forth about what I wanted on my taco and the order had still been messed up... Another time I had ordered a crispy two piece $5 box and the breading on the chicken wasn’t cooked fully and made me feel sick to my stomach. It was still batter under some flakes on the chicken. I didn’t receive a receipt for this order either. My girlfriend had to grab what she thought was the receipt but turned out to be the employee copy or something. Overall I have never had a good experience at this tacobell/kfc and do not recommend...

While ordering at the drive thru, I instructed no jalapeno sauce on the chicken quesadilla (as a meal). Order was messed up, no big deal mistakes happen. But when I went inside to get the order fixed I noticed something strange. NONE of the workers who were preparing or handling food were wearing gloves at all. I feel that two of four workers were managers, and should know better (though I didn't ask if they were). I had already eaten the taco that came with the meal, and I thought it tasted sweet, and it wasn't till I went inside that I realized the sweetness to my taco was cinnamon sugar. God forbid someone has a severe allergy to anything in the store, including cinnamon because people would be doomed. All the food was mixing with each other. I ended up just throwing out my food. I was sick the next morning (Tuesday morning), and couldn't stomach a proper meal all day long after having JUST the taco. This location is so inconsistent, every time I've gone here my drink size is different with the meals and the price fluctuates to for some reason. I don't visit very often, but I definitely will not be returning after this experience, and the corporate office will also be hearing about this. They need to completely change the staff if this is how they...

This place was awful! We went through drive through, ordered and got part of the order which was wrong and had to wait 10 min for the other part of the order. By the time the other half of the order came out the rest of the food was cold. The guy bringing food out also is making the food and never changes his gloves from going from line to cars back to line. When I open d up a taco to eat while waiting for other part of order it was broken into a bunch of pieces and couldn’t eat. After 15 minutes of waiting I went back in to ask for refund. They didnt want to give it to me because I didnt have a receipt which I was never given one. Finally after waiting for the manager about 10 min to come out of the bathroom he finally did the refund but refused to give me a receipt of refund. When asking for a receipt the manager and all other employees walked away and turned their backs . Definitely will not be going back to this one, no one there wanted to do their job and they didn’t changed gloves from taking prednisone and running orders out and they had hair nets on but it doesn’t help when the dreads are hanging out.
