Press'd Juice Bar — Restaurant in Winter Garden

Ordered through Door Dash, was told my order would be ready within 15 min. After 15 min, I arrived to Press’d but was not greeted. The young lady behind the counter was sitting on a chair, head down and occupied with her cell phone. I stated hello and she didn’t even lookup, I was not acknowledged at all.

I said hello again and then she looked up, but said NOTHING to me, not a hello or good afternoon which is a pretty common gesture, right?

I stated I was picking up my order and she says, I don’t have any orders for pick up ( she didn’t even budge) I explained I ordered thru door dash. She then got up from the chair checked the iPad on the counter and said “oh”… well I don’t have one of your items. There was also no alternate that was acceptable for me.

I was offered a refund and accepted.

I waited another 10 min for a wrap that was placed in an air fryer and was told it would only take 2 min. Again not sure why I had to keep waiting for an order that was made well in advance.

Other customers ( 1 male and 1 female) were greeted and assisted with a smile and no delays.

As a first time customer I was very disappointed and that’s unfortunate because this specific location had good reviews and I was looking forward to trying it out.

The wrap was tasty and filling but the service was truly unprofessional and unacceptable.

So. Service was fine when I ordered he was pleasant and when I picked up she was also nice. Issues are it says 48 hours for a 3 day cleanse. I called Sunday and it wasn’t ready until Wednesday evening. Not the end of the world but I wanted to do a Wed-Friday cleanse and this sort of messed up my schedule. Maybe it was miscommunication but I thought it would be ready Tuesday evening or Wednesday morning.

Second issue is they should put on the website or something that this location is inside of a market it isn’t a stand alone and you have to go into plant city market to find it. Not a big deal if I had known. Issue is they called me at 6:07 PM telling me it was ready and they close at 7. There is not a lot of close parking to that place so you need to walk a bit and traffic isn’t great that time of night either so it was sort of a scramble to get there and find it.

Staff was great just think they should work out a better explanation or system for the picking up especially when it’s a 160$ 3...

I was visiting the area with my family, and decided to drive here for brunch. We got there at their open time, only to be told the nachos and warm foods (the only the we came for) weren’t going to be available for a while because he was still opening up for the day.

We decided to leave and just try again the next day. We decided to come for dinner, placed our mobile AND PAID online 45 minutes before their listed close time. We got there 30 minute before their close time at our pickup time only to find that they were already closed and had no way to contact them for a refund.

Then we had no choice but to come back the next morning to follow up on our order. Only to be told by the lady that she’s sorry that they’ve “still not updated the site close time” = a known issue.

Lastly, we go ahead and let her make the order of nachos we’d ordered, only for them to be super basic microwave made nachos 🤦🏾‍♀️.

Needless to say, we won’t...
