On 11/11/23 I placed an order to pick up at 7, I had a flat tire, so I called, told them that I was going to be about 20 minutes late, when I got there my food was on the counter, not warm but cold, I mentioned that to them, but the so call " "Manager" very rudely told me I was late picking up my order and that was that, I left, and when I got home, all the sauces, the utensils and plates were missing, and the funny thing is, on the bag, there was a slip saying, "Your meal was packed and double checked for accuracy" I called them back, talked to the so call "Manager" and she practically said that it was my fault for not checking in the bag, and that she was busy and hung up the phone on me. Then after reheating the food, the skin of the chicken was just falling out, looked awful, greasy and disgusting, the fries were soggy, so much grease, mashed potatoes, bad, even the coleslaw was horrible, everything ended up in the garbage, we knew that we would get sick if we even tasted that garbage. I called corporate and explained the situation, I told them I wanted a full refund, but the told me they could only refund half of it, because I received the food, that ended up in the GARBAGE. I will NEVER EVER, go back to that nasty place, that so call "manager" and her disgusting attitude is a detriment for that store, I guess you need the other half of my money to pay the clowns running that place "to the ground". The Colonel must be turning on his grave....

At the drive through I stated that I had a coupon and before I could finish my sentence I was told "It will be quicker to use the coupon inside" Confused I said "It's ok I'll wait".....but the drive through attendant insisted on us comming inside to use the coupon....we were the only ones in the drive through! So I was trying to figure out what the problem was....frustrated and hungry we pulled off only to recognize that there was only one customer in the lobby! After leaving and still aggravated I decided to call to speak with a manager only to find out by other associates that it was the manager that supposedly is the one trying to enforce this rediculousness!!!!! HOW CAN SOMEBODY LOGICALLY THINK THAT YOU CAN CONVINCE A HUMAN IN THEIR RIGHT STATE OF MIND THAT IT WILL BE QUICKER TO GET THEIR ORDER WITH A COUPON IF THEY CAME INSIDE!!!??? SO YOU WANT ME TO PULL OUT OF THE DRIVE THROUGH, PARK MY CAR, COME INSIDE, MAKE MY ORDER, THEN USE MY COUPON, THEN WAIT FOR MY ORDER, THEN GO GET BACK IN MY CAR..???!!!! HOOOOOOOW!!!!!!!! ARE YOU FRIKIN KIDDING ME!!!! KFC YOU NEED TO SEND SOMEONE TO THIS LOCATION TO FIND OUT WHAT THE WORLD IS GOING ON....BECAUSE THEY ARE SHOWING THEIR S's UP THERE!!! Read moreI came here Last night and whoever was taking my order was very rude. We asked if they take apple pay and she said a very obnoxiously irritated and condescending, “yes🙄” we asked her if they have lemonade and again she let out an annoyed “yes😒” I didn’t even feel comfortable asking any more questions or for any substitutions. The food was alright but the order taker definitely could have been a lot nicer especially since we were just asking some questions.
EDIT I just turned my previous 2 star review into a 1 star review. I came back here today after 6 months when the previous incident happened. Today I placed a mobile order and when I pulled up to the speaker to tell the order taker, she said “You have to come inside.” I wouldn’t have been upset about it if she said it politely at least, but of course she had an attitude in her tone. I’ve never in my life heard of a fast food place that can’t hand out online orders through the window and they weren’t even busy either. All they had to do was hand it out the window but I guess that’s too much work. I’ve worked fast food and I know how draining it is, but it doesn’t hurt...
