CRISP & GREEN — Restaurant in Winter Park

I do not speak in hyperbole when I say the Plymouth location is not just the worst Crisp and Green location, but worst fast food establishment I have ever visited.

Last night was the last straw. I have been to this location ten times within the past nine months. Every time I have had an issue, whether the food is not ready, the order is wrong, and/or the staff exudes how much they hate their lives. I placed my order for pick up at 7 pm at 6:20 pm because I know this location is horrible at quality and having orders completed correctly and promptly. I figured that was enough time. But alas, it was not.

I show up at 7 pm and they have not even started my order. I have to awkwardly get the staff’s attention while they stare at me like some animal or alien. I ask where my order is, the manager has no idea, then she realizes her staff has the sticker just hanging out at the end. It was printed at 6:44 pm and had no action for over 15 minutes.

The manager rushes my order, I end up getting it by 7:10 pm, and I do not even get an apology. This location truly sucks, and I have no idea how it is possible for anyone to have a positive experience here. I love Crisp and Green, I just find this location and staff to be quite comically inept and rude as hell.

Thank God I am moving! I’m glad others have had good experiences. I will no longer be having any experiences at the Plymouth...

I’ve gone here once before and enjoyed it so I invited a friend to meet me here Saturday since we’re both trying to eat healthier. I ordered the Sunny Honey Picnic and halfway through realized the glob of goat cheese was expired/rotten as it had a pungent smell & taste. I went inside to discreetly share this to avoid anyone from getting sick and standed there for awhile unattended, finally was asked and they checked the expiration date and offered me a new cheese with no explanation. I shared I was almost done with my meal and ingested half of it already and wanted to make sure no one else got expired cheese served to them which they responded: “I got ya”. I would imagine the customer service to be more reflective of the price point and expired food to be taken a bit more seriously. Gave an opportunity for management to rectify and they were responsive but didn’t remedy it in the way I would expect. When this place is good, it’s great, but not worth the risk - open to trying another...

Love love this place and I've been here several times already!! The place is spotless and the salads are freshly made to order. You can choose your own combination of you do not want the ones on the menu. There is also a selection of dressings which you can have added or on the side. My fave is the balsamic vinaigrette it is to die for ( would love the recipe or if they sold it in bottles)... Just putting the idea out there LoL... Service is always prompt and staff are very friendly and always have a smile for their customers. They sell smoothies also but I'm not really into that so can't review that aspect. I intend to continue getting my salads here and it's a refreshing change from the fast food burger places. Caloric values are stated for those who want to know. Portions are large so you will feel that you've eaten sufficiently. You can order on line and there is a pick up area...
