The manager here was rude, petty and ill-equipped to manage a store. She hung up on my husband when we called to inform her about the food, which was inedible and poorly made. So, we drove over there; she looked at the food and said, "I'll take care of it, you can keep the soda." Unbeknownst to us, she went to throw away our food (her version of taking care of it). Then as we stood there, thinking she was “taking care of it,” another employee approached us and that was when we found out she was not refunding, nor did she have my food to return to me. She kept telling us to call the GM but wouldn't give us the number. So, we called the police, even when she spoke to them, she refused to give the officer the GM's number. So, the officer took it upon himself to walk out to his car and search for the owner's number. RIDICULOUS! Never again will I order here. The cooks weren't even using the correct equipment (which could explain why my whole pie was puffy), nor were they dressed appropriately....

Called and manager said it wasn't his fault because he didn't pack it. No solutions, no nothing. The correct receipt was taped to the top of the box. So the person putting the order together made a mistake. The person who handed it to the driver made a mistake. The driver made a mistake. The manager made a mistake with his flippant attitude and nastiness on the phone. Had he just said "I'll make the right order that you paid for (even though I paid extra for delivery and tip) and just come pick it up" I would have. But nope. Hung up on me. This was my third order from Marcos. Once the pizza wasn't cut, and once the food was freezing cold. It's a shame, because the food is actually good. But I'll never order from here again, and I will tell everyone who will listen not to order from...
Read moreFood was okay but customer service was horrible. I ordered 10 pizzas, 1 sub and 1 pizza bowl and prepaid tip since I requested curbside service. I pressed the provided link twice and waited until 7 minutes after my scheduled time and walked in to find out what the delay was. Lady said how can I help you and I said I had a curbside pickup and was wondering of tge status. She says it's been done and tells worker that I'm here for the large order. Employee Chris proceeds to put the order on the counter for me to carry out myself. 11 boxes and a sub! I said we'll it was supposed to be curbside so can you at least help me out? He says well can't you see we're busy (there were two people waiting for their orders)? I said how is that my problem? He then carries out one stack and we head to the car parked one row over.
